Services
Selling your home is a big endeavor that should include working with an expert, a real estate professional. To compensate the agent for their time and expertise a portion of the money you receive upon the home sale will be used to compensate the real estate agent. Commissions are scary and can be difficult to justify when selling your home.

Dwight at Central Metro was fantastic. We were working with another locator who was hard to get ahold of and not very invested in finding us a place. After a couple weeks of dealing with that, Dwight was recommended to us. He got us in touch with a complex that day, and within 48 hours we were signing the lease. Fantastic. A+. 5/5.

Paul Bawa was our real estate agent and he was fantastic to work with. Circumstances dictated that we make a quick move and Paul helped us find a property, and worked with us and the property to make that happen. I had one week to find a new place to reside. The leasing agent of my current apartment suggested an apartment locater Dwight Baker. I contacted him Saturday evening and he responded within an hour. Come Tuesday, Dwight had found several apartments which meet my criteria and within budget. A week later I had a beautiful new place to live. Finding a new home can be very stressful and time consuming. I was very fortunate to have Dwight Baker Help me out with the right fit for me. As soon as I contacted him and let him know what I was looking for in my future place he wasted no time and found me a couple good options. Eventually we found one that interested me Enough to tour, not only did he made sure we got an appointment but he also took the time out of his day to go with me and made sure I was getting the best place for the best price. I would 100 percent recommend him to my friends and family!!

My fiancé, baby girl and I were moving sight unseen to Austin, Texas and didn’t know too much about the area. We were referred to Dwight Baker and I’m so happy we made the call. We called Dwight needing to find an apartment with an immediate move in date, with the criteria and budget provided, he was able to find something for us in less than 20 mins. After a week or so we decided that the place wasn’t for us. So we called Dwight up again, being more picky with our criteria, a higher budget and a little hope lost thinking we weren’t going to find something so last minute, he calls us back not even 5 mins later with an AMAZING place that we were able to move into the same day! It worked out perfectly. Dwight was extremely helpful, understanding, patient and FAST!

Me and my fiancée are from Los Angeles and moved to Baton Rouge, LA while I attended law school. We planned to move to Austin, Texas with our newborn daughter and were having trouble finding an apartment due to the travel distance. Once we got referred to Dwight Baker by an apartment complex, he got the ball rolling for us and now we've secured a beautiful apartment. Dwight is diligent, works fast, and is reliable.
