Peak Fitness was established in 2019 by its sister company Peak Physical Therapy, with the objective of helping individuals protect their active lifestyles. Joy Sperry-Melvin: Manager of Peak Fitness, MES( Medical Exercise Specialist), Personal Trainer. Lisa Marie - Certified Balanced Body/Physical Mind Pilates Apparatus and Mat Instructor Ace Personal Trainer since 2004, and Whitewater kayak instructor.

Lisa Marie has worked with clients with back pain, shoulder impingements, knee-hip replacements, and pre and post prenatal. Kristina Dobler - BS in Physical Therapy, has been teaching group fitness classes for over 25 years. She also teaches Spin, Bootcamp, Pilates and Yoga.

From exercise equipment, to well-qualified fitness instructors and trainers, to a clean and comfortable atmosphere, we have what you need to make your fitness and athletic goals a reality. Our membership plans range from one day to one year, so whether you are just visiting or looking for a place to work out on a regular basis, Rudy's can accommodate you.

You can cancel your membership by calling us and telling us you want to cancel or you can come in and we will cancel it for you. Yes you can bring your family members to the gym. If they are younger children they can sit at our table and hang out or if it is a family member wanting to use the facility we have a day pass they can purchase.
Aerobic High Intensity Interval Training with varying cardio exercise to spike your heartrate. This workout helps builds endurance, increases you anerobic threshold, and stable core helps prevent injuries to allow to perform at your best. Starts with dynamic stretching and muscle warm-up, followed by a wide variety of interval training, including weights, agility exercises.
