I don't have anything positive to say about Mr. Conley or my interactions with him. He was 30 minutes late to our meeting and did not seem remotely happy to be there. He did not smile or have a positive attitude at any point. Regardless, we left the location with a verbal agreement and with him promising me the lease e-mail in 24 hours. I did not receive the e-mail and reached out to him. He was not responsive for hours before he told me something came up and he needed more time. In that extra time he bought himself, he gave the space to someone else and ignored my texts for another day. He then
