David was super responsive whenever we needed help with our radiator heating system and even attempted to explain over text just in case it was an easy fix. My husband and I have never had radiator heating before so he took his time explaining the maintenance for it so we could understand how to do it ourselves. David is definitely our go-to person for anything heating related now! Highly recommend!

Absolute Precision is great! Very responsive when it came to setting up the appointment and the needed services. They also do a great job of talking you through the solutions for your home, as opposed to giving you a quote with no context on why you need what they quoted. I felt the pricing was very reasonable, too. To me, they set the standard in terms of how you service a home and make a client feel at ease.

David was awesome in communication and setting our expectations. Arrived within the time he scheduled. He was able to diagnose the issue quickly and made the fix to our drain pipe and flange joint a high quality solution. David also fixed the pitch of the drain so future issues would not occur.

I chose Absolute Precision for their perfect internet rating, and they definitely deserve it! David really spent the time to locate the parts I needed and keep me informed. Chris, who came to fix my two showers, was really professional and patient. When one part didn't match, he called the stores and picked up the right one, and he also ran tests to make sure everything was done properly and explained everything to me along the way. I reached out to a couple of plumbing companies on Yelp, but David was the only one that provided an honest assessment after reviewing the pictures he requested. I didn't use this company's services because we decided it would be better to just replace our dish washer after the recommendations David made over text messages. I will definitely use their services in the future when another issue arises.

I used Yelp to put out a request to get my the faucet in front of my house replaced. David reached out to me and requested some additional information and pictures which he requested. After sending them he gave me a reasonable quote and we set up a date for service through the Yelp messaging app.
The technicians came on time that David confirmed with me. They wore masks and did the job clean and quickly. They even took the time to explain the valves and what they were installing.

They were very nice and pleasant. Very neat when doing their work. I would for sure us them again. I also had them one other time to fix my bathroom shower. These people can not do enough for you. I highly recommend them and will use them again if needed. My husband is not easily pleased but he has not stopped raving about how good a job they did. Excellent

These guys are fantastic. Had a plumbing issue at 4pm on thanksgiving and Absolute was the only one that would answer the phone. They came promptly and went out of their way to fix the issue and let us know if any other issues in the house. Really take their time and don't rush. Also they show up promptly! Will be our go to guys from now on.

I got the Absolute Precision guys round to do a routine check/clean of my boiler and also to check a couple of leaky radiators.
They provided useful advice before even giving me a quote which shows they are happy to help, even without the guarantee of money.
They were on time, courteous and clean workers. They gave me a really clear explanation of what I needed to do afterwards and we're very patient with my questions (even though I had my hands full with a cranky baby).
Afterwards they have been helpful with questions.
Would definitely recommend and use again when needed.

We needed a new water heater and David and his team did a great job. I sent him pictures yesterday and he was here today to replace. We really appreciated that the original quote was exactly what he charged. We were quoted higher prices from two other services who had a lot of additional costs which weren't clearly explained. They worked quickly and efficiently and left the area as clean as it was when they arrived. I would definitely recommend Absolute Precision.
