As a first time home buyer, this whole process was very overwhelming, but Michael truly made this process fun and easy. Michael is extremely patient and took the time to find me exactly what I wanted. Whenever there was something I didn't understand (which was often) or didn't feel comfortable with, Michael stepped right in to answer questions and to help.
