We are Derek and Stephanie Lombard. Together we work as a team to set a new and higher standard for commercial cleaning for our current and future customers. Our company was born out of a dream that we made reality back in 2010. We both were working full time jobs, on opposite schedules while raising our daughter.
We knew we wanted more. After a few long years of building the foundation of our company and a pure drive to succeed, we were both able to leave our full time jobs and concentrate on our business. What started out with one commercial account back in 2010, has now grown to more than 50 accounts in 2021.

Because we recognize not every space is the same, we offer a wide range of services to meet your needs. We will be happy to purchase necessary supplies for you, and bill you for them at the end of each month. Some examples of items we can purchase for you are; paper goods, soap, air fresheners, trash bags, etc.
Here are the most commonly asked questions. Answer: Typically we will be in touch very quickly. We will ask, when will be a good time for us to meet with you at your place of business. When we meet, we will ask for a tour of your space and learn more about your specific needs. We will come prepared with all the questions we will need answered and will be ready to answer any of yours as well.
At Above & Beyond Cleaning we do things a little different. Not only will you be working on your own, you will have a very flexible schedule where you can show up to work when it's convenient for you! Also, when the job is done, you go home. There is no waiting around and watching the clock. ALL supplies and cleaning equipment will be provided by Above & Beyond Cleaning.

I spent 5 years cleaning with this company. They have many different types of accounts from 1-5 days a week cleaning everything from buildings to office to bank cleaning. They bring you in and show you the ropes so you know what your doing and have laminated lists for each job. I received several raises for my reliability (always showing up) and constructive criticism to help make the clean better and easier. All supplies are provided and someone is always available if you have a question or concern. Each clean is flat rated with extra time built in, such as getting paid 3 hours for a job that

I applied here for a job. From their past experience they discriminated me assuming I would be like other employees who live out of the area. If you don't live in Gray or Windham do not apply. It is a waste of time. I already work full time in Gray and was looking for a second part time job to save money.
