Our goal is always to help our patients maintain their oral health and to care for and protect their natural teeth. Maintaining oral health includes good home care and regular visits to our office for preventive care, which includes oral examinations and cleanings.
Dr. Dayn C. Boitet grew up in Fort Wayne, Indiana and attended Indiana University for both his undergraduate degree and dental school. He graduated with honors and jokes that this should reassure his patients that he stayed awake during class, at least most of the time! He was honored to receive an academic-based scholarship from the United States Navy and upon graduation commissioned into the Military as a Naval Dentist.
Dr. Cameron McMillin received a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the University of Central Florida, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude. He went on to attend Nova Southeastern University College of Dental Medicine where he was one of the youngest students to earn a D.M.D. After graduating, Dr. McMillin served four and a half years on active duty in the U.S. Navy.
Preventive dental care is the heart of our practice. We know that your oral health and your overall wellness are closely connected, so coming in every six months for dental exams and cleanings and keeping up with your oral hygiene at home are important steps to take to protect your health. Every six months, you should make a reservation for a comprehensive dental exam with your dentist and hygienist.
Even with diligent brushing, flossing, and dental care, sometimes a tooth suffers damage or decay. Restorative dentistry is a term used to describe any procedure that restores strength, function, and appearance to a tooth that is compromised. We use state-of-the-art technology and the latest dental techniques to provide restorations that are comfortable, realistic, and durable.

Dr. Boitett and staff are the epitome of AMAZING. The whole office experience is very personalized and they make you feel like you are their only patient. I just moved to the area and Dr's Lake Family Dental was recommended very highly. From the moment I stepped in the office, the establishment just felt right. The office was very clean, every person on the staff that I met had a smile on their face. My hygienist, Cynthia and Dr. McMillan, were very knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. I’ve had a good experience overall with this dentistry practice. I originally switched to them because they were open on Fridays which works best for my schedule but have been pleased with the whole staff and professionalism as well as atmosphere. I would like to have consistency with my dentist but I’ve liked the ones I’ve had so I guess it’s not too much trouble.

Best dental practice I’ve ever been too! Everyone is so nice and attentive. New patient and the process did not take long ! I was even given a new patient gift ( a very nice cooler). I recommended this dental practice the next day at work to coworkers. I had a filling done a few days later and I felt nothing ! Everything about this dental practice is done RIGHT!!!

Dr. McMillin and my hygienist, Cynthia, were professional but made it fun! Nice looking office, very clean! I highly recommend Doctors Lake Family Dental…especially if you feel apprehensive about going to the dentist. They make a warm, cozy, relaxed atmosphere. Little to no discomfort during my cleaning. Cynthia took the time to explain everything and did a great job! I requested Cynthia for my next visit! 10/10 🌟
