Crossett Chem-Dry is the best, along with Jake, of course. The first week of July Jake cleaned all the carpet in a townhouse in Forest, Va for us. This is the first time we have used this company, but certainly will be the one we call on each time from now on. Jake did an excellent job. We are very pleased with the carpet cleaning services provided by Crossett Chem-Dry. Jake was very punctual. He is a very nice and courteous person. He promptly got to work on the carpets. We had our carpets cleaned yesterday. Jake did an amazing job. He was so courteous and conscientious of ensuring the job was done well and that we were pleased. Jake was easy to schedule, prompt, professional and knowledgeable. He was careful and hard-working and left behind clean carpets and tile/grout. I appreciated the time he spent looking with me at the problem areas and explaining the chemistry - not chemicals - he uses which is important to me. I would highly recommend him!
