This is possibly the worst law firm in Southern California. They were hired to do small simple probate. Not only did it take them a year to complete the paperwork, after I gave them the paperwork mostly completed, they did not file the paperwork with the county correctly and it was rejected. I had to hire another attorney to fix the issues they created. When I started questioning my contact Rose, she started ccing Dan Tripathi. Not only did he never respond they both stopped responding when I asked where specific paperwork was and why the only items I could see at the county recorder&apos

From the beginning, The Law Offices of Daniel J. Tripathi were always there to keep me informed and assured that they were putting their best foot forward. They were always friendly and helpful. DO NOT! Use these people. Scheduled a phone consultation a week in advance and no phone call nothing. I had to call back twice and finally get the guy on the phone when the time I set aside is gone.
