First, I was a patient at East Madison Dental; then, I became an employee! From our front office, I get to interact daily with new and existing patients while learning about their lives and family history. While maintaining a level of professionalism, I can get to know them on a personal level and do my best to make them comfortable.
I am a registered dental hygienist who joined East Madison Dental in 2000. I love building relationships and knowing that each patient is being treated as if they were my own family. The most fulfilling part of my job is seeing an extremely anxious patient transform into a model patient that eventually looks forward to their next visit and to see me!

I love East Madison Dental. Dr. Jain and Dr. Sohal are always so nice, everyone is nice here. The staff is very friendly. They make me feel comfortable and make sure I am fully taken care of. The environment is relaxing. Hillary makes the cleanings so pleasant. I’d recommend this office to anyone. Overall great experience.

Amazing staff, very friendly! The best part is the clear and concise sharing of the details of your teeth and any concerns. Thorough cleaning and examination. Office is old school elegance with a cozy and inviting waiting area. I would only make note that the equipment and dentists kits (which showed marks of age) are slightly older than the other offices I’ve visited.

I always have a lot of anxiety at the dentist and Dr. Jain and all the hygienic assistants do their very best to make sure I'm comfortable. I had some bad experiences at other offices a few years ago so I'm very happy I found a good practice. I'm also never getting any dental procedures done without the nitrous oxide ever again because it keeps me very calm. I don't know why all dental offices don't offer it. Thank you!
