Dominic Pavia began his real estate career in 1999 with Pyramid Brokerage Company. While with Pyramid, Pavia was awarded "Salesperson of the Year" and "Deal of the Year" five out of eight years. During his career, Pavia has procured over $500,000,000.00 in commercial real estate. John joined the Pavia Real Estate Services in 2007 with over 25 years experience in sales and business management.
Santina Pavia began her real estate career in 2002. Under her direction, she has managed the day to day operations and marketing strategies for Pavia Real Estate Services. In 2012, Santina launched Pavia Real Estate Residential. Santina's goal was to accommodate the growing request for. To meet the needs of it's growing residential division, Pavia Real Estate Residential added Sabrina Arcuri to it's sales team in 2014.

After 81 years the decision was made to close our family business, Stanley Furniture House. Pavia Real Estate and John Jweid were chosen to sell the building. The first thing that John did was lease the building to help cover expenses while the building was on the market. Although it took alittle longer than expected, the point is that John never gave up and got it sold. I would highly recommend Pavia Real Estate and John Jweid for all your real estate needs.

The Pavia team is the Best!
We started over a year ago contemplating what to do with our family businesses office and flex space. With over 40years of ownership, it was a lot to digest. Dominic had some great advice at the very onset of our concerns and helped us with our decision to sell the property. After going over many choices we found that selling was our best option. There is more to think about than one realizes... Options include leasing, lease to buy, renting , short term, long-term, and of course selling. Sure there are many more if you’re in the real estate business and we are not
