Oh wow, what a darling little town, loved the shops, all the Christmas lights in the center of town were amazing.
Gets you into the holiday mood. We were there for the first snow of the season!!! Just beautiful!!!

Would give a negative review if I could. Planned to stay 10/22-10/23 and input information online.
When I hit “submit”on their website on 10/21, I received a confirmation for 10/24-10/25. Sent 2 follow up emails immediately and still have not received a response. Called their front desk and they stated that as the timeframe was within 72 hours they could not refund the room even when i indicated I was confirmed for the wrong date. Would recommend booking at alternative hotels and/or the multiple Airbnb options around the area. Service was unprofessional.

Great little place just a block away from Icicle Brewing Company which is basically the start of downtown Leavenworth containing all of the shops, restaurants, bars, etc. Overall very friendly staff. Everything was great with the room so we didn’t need much from them but when we did they were great!

My wife and I just spent a few days in the Rustic Chic Suite. The staff was excellent.
From check in to check out, everyone we dealt with was very nice and professional.
The suite has a nice layout with a kitchen complete with full size refrigerator, stove/oven, and dishwasher. They advertise a coffee pot but it's just one of those little one cup deals. Luckily we thought to take our own 12 cup coffee maker along with a toaster. The room itself is pretty outdated. There's some pretty bad patch jobs in the drywall from some kind of repair work that was done, the millwoork/baseboards are all beat

Very quiet and pretty rooms. French Cafe themed rooms and each room has different decor. Front desk staff was lovely and very friendly and always willing to help with anything we needed. Clean, very clean which was important because of covid issues going on. You could smell the clean and I liked that. Hot tubs that are not gaudy! That surprised me! Beautiful fireplaces too! I will be going back!

Check in was great. (Sarah). Very sweet and informative. The room was clean and I love that there was zero carpet. We stayed in the 1st floor room with 2 queens (or doubles?).

Hard to get around if you are in a wheelchair. Some of the restaurants have stairs and no way to get down. Parking also for handicap or wheelchairs is far and few. Otherwise a very lively place to visit. Very quaint shops to visit if you can get to see them. This shop was so cute and the bakery items were devine!

When we arrived, we were excited that we were on the 1st floor, directly across from the lobby. The room was big, spacious and clean. It wasn't until the night that I realized it wasn't the best spot to be. We were right next to Commercial street and heard cars / trucks all night long. Also heard the heater go on / off all night long, about once every hour. Lastly unfortunately there were kids upstairs and we heard them jumping and running around into the late evening (past 10/11 pm). Had a restless night sleep, as did our 2 year old daughter due to all the noise.

Labor weekend success - this was a last minute trip and a first to leavenworth - but oh so glad we did it. I wholly agree with the 3.5 overall rating mainly because we definitely overpaid but like I said - it was last minute over a holiday weekend.

Felt like a possible previous motel turned inn; driving up I was a little disappointed but when you walk in the room it is well appointed, with coordinated painted walls and a few decorative wall art, the bed is comfortable with lots of soft pillows, the bathroom is a good size. Customer service was great but limited in hours though not a bad thing

Worst hotel customer service!!! Do not book in this hotel. We made 2 nights reservation in this hotel in January and have received phone call and email confirming our reservation 6 days before our trip (August), and then they cancelled it 3 days before our trip without letting us know. We didn't know our reservation was cancelled until we showed up. They insisted that they sent us cancellations email but when I asked to show me the email, it turned out they emailed it to wrong address. They didn't call either. They didn't even bother helping us finding same reservation from another

GENERAL MANAGER JENNIFER GARCIA: If a 0-star review could be given for this place, it would be. BLACK MOLD IN THE SHOWER! BROKEN FURNITURE THROUGHOUT THE $400 per night SUITE! Could not use the fireplace because the noise from the motor would keep you awake at night. You could not see the fire because the screen of the fireplace was completely covered with residue. Could not turn the heat on because the fan in the heater had sand or some kind of debris in it. The pull-out couch could not be used, with a large sign that read "NOT TO BE USED AS A BED". No holiday decorations anywhere in

Well let me start with the positive, cute on the outside, bed and jacuzzi were great and it is close to downtown. We and another couple booked right after the Holidays for a couple of nights. I booked one of their suites, $500 a night, (booked months in advance) so that set my expectations. SO NOW THE UGLY! First of all, NO PARKING, we had to park a couple blocks away, add to that NO ELEVATOR and of course we were on the third floor, after three trips up the stairs with luggage I needed a break. (so checkout is at 11 am I would suggest you show up at 1130am to register and get your parking

Leavenworth is the place to be in the PNW during the holiday season. As such, you have to book well in advance. This place is cute and right in the center of things. I booked last March, 2019 for a two night stay the first weekend in December 2019. I booked a one bedroom suite and was excited right until they charged me 95% of the stay three days before we were scheduled to arrive and then the paltry balance of $64 a day before my arrival and then, arrived paid in full to have a broken toilet. I alerted staff as soon as I discovered it, and they agreed to send someone up to fix it while we were

This experience has been underwhelming.... the outside appearance was very cute and the staff were all very nice and helpful. But unfortunately we ran into a few things that's set this place back. First off our tv did not work. Which was more inconvenient than usually as it was thanksgiving night and all the town was closed so we didn't have anything to do other than sit in our room for the evening. The room was overall clean but did have some things that could have been properly fixed. There was a spot behind the door where the door handle had gone through the wall and the patch job

Not a bad place to spend a night. The room was large and clean. The bathroom likewise. Our room over looked the street but it was quiet. It was a short walk to the main part of town which was nice. I have no complaints on the room conditions.

The front desk lady was very nice and helpful. They have a little wine bar happy hour thing in the lobby. They feature local stuff and it's on display at the desk. The lobby closes at 10 so if you need anything after that I don't know if there's a procedure. I made it in right at 10 and was able to get ice and a bottle opener. Score!!

Very cute "character" hotel... as anything in Leavenworth a little pricey, but nice rooms and bathrooms. The list or do and don't to sign at check in is on the boring side as is the Thai website for reservation (no Amex...really?). But we will go back!!!

My fiance, son, and I all stayed at the Leavenworth Village Inn during Yelp's Leavenworth Weekend for the kickoff to Yelp's Winery Adventure. I found them on Expedia and was able to reserve our room with the option of paying when we arrived.

I was a little caught off guard when I was charged $188 of the $370 total stay days before I even arrived, since I wasn't supposed to be paying until I arrived. I was going to be using a different card than the one they had on file, and it took them a few days to resolve that which was pretty annoying, but it got figured out in the end.

The Leavenworth Village Inn is in a great location. It isn't appealing from the exterior, but the rooms are quite nice. We had both a single queen room and a double queen room. The single queen is great for a single person and the double queen was very spacious. The rooms are nicely decorated and both were very clean. The beds were very comfortable. The desk clerk when we checked in wasn't overly welcoming, but another staff member, Raya, was charming. I would give a higher rating with these positives, but the policies presented at check-in are a bit offensive. Some are common

We stayed at the Leavenworth Village Inn for a night during the December holidays. Leavenworth was beautifully decorated that time, like a winter wonderland. The hotel was clean and the room was very spacious. We got a basic room which had large windows overlooking the mountains to the right. They had free snacks and water in the room, anf can generally provide a late check-out till noon if you ask. The location is great, right next to a bunch of restaurants.

I'm all about customer service... if the customer service sucks you lose my business. I read the reviews and they seemed to be good! So I booked the Leavenworth village inn for the Christmas tree lighting with friends. I would have given it 4 stars because it was a clean little hotel! And the decor was pretty cute. However... the ladies at the front desk were not trained in customer service. I barely got a hello when I walked in to check in. The lady hardly made eye contact with me and was not friendly. She just passed a parking pass over the counter and didn't even tell me when the room

Loved this place.. we normally stay at resorts, however this hotel has a very Bavarian style exterior and updated newly remodeled interior. The desk agent Sarah was extremely friendly and very accommodating she had excellent customer service skills and was fun to be around. (unlike the desk agent that checked is in). Only downside was having to use the stairs, we were on the 3rd floor.

Really neat and cozy little hotel. Walking distance to literally everything down town. Jacuzzi IN our room absolutely sealed the deal. The rate was good in the summer time, not sure how much this would cost in the winter, but it would totally be worth it for the jacuzzi alone!

Cute rooms we stayed in the kings suites conned with mini kitchen and jetted jacuzzi tub. 206 room has a view of the mountains. It was clean and cozy perfect walk to town one block away from food and shops. Check in was 4 pm so I wish that was a little earlier but the did call us at 2 to say it was ready. Check out was 11am. Enjoyed our stay.

I wish I would've read the reviews prior to booking here. I booked our stay here back in October. I searched on-line and filtered 'pet friendly'. Leavenworth Village was one of the hotels that popped up. We went to check in December 10th (after waiting 20 minutes for the front desk person to come back). We had our 4 pound dog with us and the girl informs us there are no pets here and it is a $250 fine. We told her what happened when booking and she said there was nothing she could do. With that we said we would need to find somewhere else to stay. Luckily we found another

My mother and I were driving through from Montana to Seattle. It was getting late and I called for a room just before they closed. The friendly desk clerk waited for us to arrive and checked us in after the lobby would normally close.

Our room, and the entire boutique hotel, was comfortable & charming. We were extremely pleased with our stay and hope to stay a few days our next visit to this area.
