Chef John Hattam has been in the Culinary Arts for over 30 years and began his education at the California Culinary Academy in San Francisco where he received his Culinary Arts degree with honors. Chef Hattam has served as Executive Chef in some of the areas finest establishments such as the French Cafe and Joslyn Art Museum.

I was on a committee to provide a holiday luncheon for our office of about 100 people. We had proposals from 8 vendors and narrowed it down to a couple. Chef Hattam's not only offered a competitive price, but they were willing to work with us our needs and requests. On the day of our event, the crew arrived, prepared our lunch room and presented and served a fantastic holiday luncheon that was enjoyed by all. The chef and the wait staff were friendly and personable, the meal tasted great and they even brought music and centerpieces to make the lunch room a little more festive. I would recommend
