Springer Jewelers is a family owned business as it has been since 1931. We are blessed to have four generations work in our family business. The story of our founding is one of entrepreneurship and responsibility in a difficult economic period. Edward C. Springer, who was working for another jeweler, was told because of the hard times of the Great Depression that he would have his wages cut.
Springer Jewelers has a vast array of services we provide to our customers. We have experience in almost every field of jewelry repair. So if its a ring that needs sized, prongs checked or re-tipped, chains fixed, clasps repaired, watch battery replacement, or an appraisal on your piece of jewelry, give us a try.

I stopped in to have my wedding band resized, i was greated right away and the ring was ready just a couple days later! Ben was very nice and my ring fits perfectly now! It was my first time ever having anything done with jewlery. Very professional very speedy and very well priced! I will go to Springers always now!

Went to Springer Jewelers to find an engagement ring. Ben told me there would be plenty of time to get the diamond and settings in time (1.5 month timeline). The package was “stolen” (apparently not delivered). He told me not to worry and he was going to get others to replace them. Ben said he would call me when they arrived and gave me a date. I called every other day for a week or two. Ben stopped responding to my texts. Genuinely do not then he even ordered them. It’s now been 2 weeks after the date I needed them by, and he still hasn’t contacted me.

In November I took my wife's watch, which was a service award from her work, in to Ben Springer. He had advised me that he was an authorised service repair rep for citizen watches. After FOUR MONTHS of lying to me about the delay in repairing the watch he claimed that it had been fixed and that I could pick it up 2 days later. I picked up the watch and left, and unfortunately not to my surprise it was not working and appeared that he had not done anything to the watch at all. My husband had an old seiko passed on to him from his father that had been broken for years. He had gone to other jewelers who told him there was no fixing it. I brought it into Springer's and he looked at it, disappeared in the back for a couple minutes and came back with a fixed watch! Then I realized it needed a new battery, and just a quick minute it was done. I really appreciated it since I had my impatient toddler and infant with me. My husband was ecstatic, he hasn't taken the watch off since! "Thank you" is all I can say. Highly recommend!

We have bought several pieces here - wedding bands, diamond earrings, bracelets, necklaces, etc.
The thing I like the most about Springer is - Every visit I gain a lot of knowledge about what I am purchasing. I feel that people that shop at big jewelry chains are missing out and should experience a jeweler with experience and knowledge like they have here. I can tell them what (or idea) of what I want I end up getting what I needed within budget.

Springer Jewelers is top notch. I have come here for years. It's a wonder I haven't written a review before this one. The owners and staff are highly professional and do amazing work. Their selection is unlike anyone's in town and the small-shop atmosphere makes you feel really cared for. I've tried other, big "corporate" shops before and was left feeling like a number. I love this place! I broke my Tiffany's necklace chain and I was really praying I wouldn't have to drive 90+ miles to repair it! Service was very fast, very kind and extremely knowledgeable, really talked me through everything that was going to happen. I wish I looked around the store more, there were so many beautiful geode-esque pieces I loved. 10/10 I will always go here for my repairs and and shopping!

Entering into the store a few weeks ago, this thought came to me...
Close to 22 years ago we decided to shop at Springer Jewelers because we felt that they
a) knew more than the other jewelry stores in the mall,
b) were a family owned business, and
c) actually cared about us...
and today, we have the same thoughts about Springer's, and it is amazing how things have stayed the same.
Even though they have moved from their downtown location to W Jefferson, the people and expertise are still the same. High quality in both regards.
It truly is a good feeling to be dealing with the same people
