Marion Pharmacy was started by Bill Howle in 1962. Fred Rabon, son-in-law, joined him in 1976 and in 1987 another son-in-law Tom McMahan joined the business. We offer one of the largest staff of pharmacists in the county with four pharmacists and seven certified pharmacy technicians.

Our main focus is to help you and your loved ones stay up-to-date on the recommended vaccines. We offer a variety of immunizations. Our highly qualified staff can easily administer these immunizations here at the pharmacy.

Med Synchronization, also called med sync, is a program we offer here at the pharmacy to help synchronize your medication refills so that you will be able to pick up ALL of your medications on a single day each month.

I have been a customer here ever since moving to the area over 7yrs ago. I like supporting small town pharmacies and this one is by far the best one I've ever done business with. I am on routine prescription medications so I need to go at least monthly. All the staff are very friendly and willing to help you with anything they possibly can. One of the Pharmacists Tom is familiar with me and if I ever have any questions he makes sure I understand completely before turning me loose! I can't say enough about them here and definitely prefer and highly recommend them!

Spoke to a rude, inconsiderate lady "joanne" about a product for my grandpa and she proceeded to tell me she didn't know "how it worked" then placed my back on hold for 5 minutes when I asked for the price. I asked for her name and she told me she "didn't mention it". Disrespectful and inconsiderate to put it lightly

Very disappointed in this pharmacy! This is the second time they have short changed me on medication, cause "that's what insurance covered" which makes no sense 🤦 give the patient what the doctor has prescribed don't matter what insurance covers, the rest is of course up to the patient but don't short change the medication! Took me 4 phone calls and a headache to get this all sorted and I get there and they are closed which of course only made me even more mad as online it said they close at 7 not at 6 I'm sorry but if you want to continue to be a pharmacy you had better get your ducks in a

One of the last locally owned pharmacies in our area. I've been coming here since I was a child over 40 years ago. My Grandparents and my mother used this down home, treat you like a person not a number, take time to explain any and all questions you may have without hesitation family owned pharmacy. Very friendly staff and super good rates on your prescription medication. Medicare, Medicaid, and other insurance excepted oh and they take cash too

After picking up a nasty sinus infection while working on a project in McDowell County, I had to break down and see a doctor. Back home in Charlotte all of my doctors are affiliated with Carolinas Healthcare System, so I was relieved to see a CHS McDowell office.The walk in clinic was super fast and when the Doctor asked which pharmacy I wants to use so I chose this one. They had my RX ready to go super fast. Loved the convenience of both being under the same roof.
