Services
All Massage Sessions can be tailored to meet your needs: Classic, Sports Massage, Pain Relief, Ashiatsu & Deep Tissue, Prenatal. Using techniques from a variety of styles and modalities you'll be sure to have less pain and stress, more comfortable safe and efficient movement and an increased sense of well-being.
Our customer reviews, our longevity, and our high client retention says it all. We offer a damn good massage, and many of you say it's one of the best they've ever had! We run the spectrum from light to deep, depending what YOU prefer-- it doesn't have to be deep to relieve pain, we just have to adjust the incoming and outgoing perception and sensations between your brain and the soft-tissue!
You want to feel strong and confident in your clothes! They HAVE to fit well and do their job while keeping you looking and feeling great! You need that 4-way stretch and the right amount of compression to support your muscles through all your downward dogs, skate skiing, sled pulls, or just your zoom call.
Our licensed massage therapists are trained in many styles to help reduce pain and improve range of motion. To the right are therapists working on knots and fascia in the back that can refer pain to other regions or contribute to localized pain, stiffness and limited range of motion. Massage is great for back pain, especially low back pain!
Trigger points in muscles may cause some people to have pain up the sides of their necks, others at the base of the neck, or base of the skull, or coming from a spot between the shoulder blade and the spine. Some folks were injured in a fall or auto accident resulting in whiplash-- even a long time ago!

She does a good job but has canceled many appointments on my husband and today he went in to his scheduled appointment and she said she wasn’t doing it today and blamed him for showing up when she hadn’t sent a reminder which she never does . She was just plain rude. He plans on going elsewhere for massages from now on!

I hit a deer last week 😢🦌
Really sore muscles from the stress of the event brought me to call Gina McCafferty for a massage.
She suggested the new Barefoot Massage technique and it was AMAZING!!!
I highly recommend you let her "walk all over you."
(Okay, she doesn't really walk on top of you, but I couldn't help it.)
I can hardly wait for my next session.
It's healing for body & sole.

My wife and I visit as often as we can. Gina has a way of finding the knots and working with them a hundred different ways to get them out, without making either of us uncomfortable. I've never thought she used too little pressure, and my wife has never thought she used too much. That's a pretty wide range of pressure preference, and Gina adjusts to each of us effortlessly.
