We had recently moved into a older house with, what we understand, was original 1940's carpets and we needed some severe pet odors removed. The initial cleaning had remarkable results, but still, the odor remained. So, with fantastic customer service, the owner himself replied swiftly came to sanitize and deodorize our carpets -At No Cost!- we now enjoy our odor-free house. Well, we do have children...

Colton is nice and helpful, he came out to check the carpet a few weeks after he cleaned it. I have been having cold/kind of wet spots, I was a bit annoyed he said it was fine.. but gave me a reason why it could be showing up and leaving, so that was enough for me. I'll consider using this company in the future.
