Austin Tree Surgeons is reliable, honest, considerate of budgets, and puts their customers first. We have called and had their certified arborists come out on 2 occasions to (free of charge btw) diagnose concerns we had. They were honest on whether or not it would be reasonable to treat the issue and what to do about the problem. We had them come out again to give a (free again) estimate on tree trimming as well. We have a large property and they broke it down in sections for the estimate. The crew they had come and do the job was incredibly industrious, thorough, respectful, and exceedingly careful

We have used ATS for root fertilization for a large oak at the front of our property and recently had our oak trees trimmed.
After one treatment we received an email from the office manager saying that the owner checked on the jobs done that day and felt our oak tree did not receive sufficient coverage and that it would be treated again. This made a big impression on us because it's rare to find companies check work and preform their own quality control.
The tree trimming went very well thanks to Annette. She did a very thorough walk through with the foreman the day of and took my call the next

Our live oak tree is a primary feature of our property, and we treat it like a work of art. We used Austin Tree Surgeons to do a significant pruning and shaping job, and they were simply outstanding. Just can't say enough good things about our experience, and the tree is gorgeous. Canopy lifted, profile shaped, strategic branches removed ..... we're thrilled. Austin Tree Surgeons is not the least expensive option, but they are THE BEST option.

The install and removal was great know issues Arborist was all hands on deck…..they sent bill we paid that day now Arborist won’t return calls or text to find out when they will be staking trees…. they came out 3 times always a issue after the second time they admitted they sent someone that doesn’t know how to stake trees 😂…. don’t pay bill till job is completely done (installed Oct.8 - stakes complete Nov.7) if not for awesome lady in office we still would be waiting… while trying to get your money they are there after payment they drop you like a rock….. a little confused

The price was right and the crew did a fantastic job! What I thought would be a most-of-the-day affair they had completed in less than 2 hrs! They even chopped up the smaller limbs into firewood sized pieces...and stacked them! Would highly recommend.

Great customer service from beginning to end. Received a reasonable estimate to have a dying cedar elm removed (when compared to two other companies with equally good reviews). The crew showed up when they said they would, took the tree down without incident, and left my deck and backyard spotless. Hopefully, I won't need their services again, but if I do, I won't hesitate to call them.
