We were referred to Mr. Cool Collision from Carvana through SilverRock for a junker they sold us and tried to hide a MASSIVE wreck on the car. I worked with Coolio and Kevin and both of them were terrific to work with and told me straight as it was.
In specific what I was really impressed at was Kevin and one of his shop guys (Didn't get his name) and how much experience they had in this industry. They were able to take a few minutes and visually look at the car and tell me how badly the previous repairs were.

AMAZING WORK & customer service done all around the board & at both shops !!! I was 200+ miles away from home when my Dodge Journey 2015 broke down I called all shops under warranty & even rentals & all were either sold out, or didn’t have appointments till 2 weeks out I found Mr. Cool on google & called he automatically gave advice on what to do an said to bring my car, within a hour he figured out the problem it was definitely worse then I thought but he worked with my warranty company & got me a better deal than I imagined getting ! He was communicative the whole time, I’m glad I ran into

Mr Cool and the guys at the collision shop are the best! We had an accident and the hood was bent on our car and they advised us on how to save some money by getting a replacement hood at the salvage yard. Then when it didn't fit exactly they helped us get it to work correctly. They are always so helpful, friendly, honest and fair. I can't recommend then highly enough! Thanks again Mr. Cool you are a car genius.

The Owner Helped Me Out A Lot Gave Me A Time Limit of When My Car Was Going To Be Done Plus My Insurance Did Their Job Also And Gave Me A Good Deal On My Deductible I Would Recommend Anyone To Go To Him As Long As You Respectful and Honest With Him He Got You All The Way Through!!!!!! Took my 1997 Tahoe in for hood and roof repainting also a dent. They did a fantastic job! Very professional and courteous people to work with. It took a little longer than I expected to get truck back, but quality work takes time. Lifetime warranty on repair and looks great like from the factory or better ! 5 stars ! Thank you ! I highly recommended this repair shop.
