Couldn’t be happier with our new heater install. Converting from oil to gas had many steps which Prof Gatsby took control of and made it all a smooth process. The install crew was top notch and took their time explaining everything to us. Will be using them for ongoing maintenance and any other upgrades in the future. Highly recommend!

Thanks for the professional install of my system. The crew arrived in a timely manner between 7:30am and 8:00 am and worked throughout the day until completion. They had to overcome a few unexpected things that came up but were able to accommodate and offer solutions as needed. Thanks to Matt, Kyle (and crew), Charles, Joe, and all involved for being available to answer any and all questions along the way.

I would recommend Gatsby's. I use them to service my heating and cooling system. The customer service people are nice, and whenever I needed to call, they have always been accommodating. During the 90 degree heatwave days, my AC stopped working properly...Many thanks to Matt, and all who those who assisted in getting it quickly fixed for me!. I had been advised that, due to aging of the system, it needed to be replaced.

I don't think I have had a better experience with a contractor than with Professor Gatsby's from the initial sales person to the installers. Absolutely stress free start to finish. No hard sell but clear information and explanation of all options. No have to buy immediately to get the price offered but given the time to research and think about what is best for our finances and longevity in the home. Once we made our selection a date was set and they arrived on time and ready to take on the enormous task even with the obstacles of a handicap Acorn chair hindering their access to our basement and

I had a great experience with Professor Gatsby. I was in an emergency situation as my AC broke down in the middle of the night, and Professor Gatsby made fixing it a priority. Everyone I dealt with was completely professional and courteous. They arrived early, before it got hot out, as I had a baby in the house. The AC is now working great. I was really touched at the level of care that my family received, as well as the prompt response time. I would greatly recommend Professor Gatsby.

We Live in Holiday city. We called Professor Gatsby’s to service our heater and they recommended that we also needed a new thermostat. Sean was the service man and he did a wonderful job and explained every step of the way. We will definitely call professor Gatsby if we decide to put in a new heating and air conditioning system. They were very professional and efficient.

Excellent service! Very professional and was willing to let me watch for my own curiosity. These guys were extremely personable and had no issues explaining everything in full.
