Adjustments, or manipulation as they're sometimes referred to is the minor movement of vertebrae in the spine. The objective of this movement is to realign vertebrae that have moved out of place for a number of reasons ranging from normal daily activity to trauma such as a car accident. When these vertebrae are out of place, it has an overall systemic effect from muscular to the central nervous system.

AFC has been a wonderful experience for our family. We experienced several medical issues such as headaches and sever reflux that was taken care of by both Dr Jay and Dr Ariana. The coordination of care between them has helped our issues immensely. The professional and caring nature of the staff at AFC adds to the entire experience.

I am a long time patient of both Dr jay and Dr Ari and feel blessed to be so. The knowledge I've gained about my health and well being has allowed me avoid, to a great extent, mainstream medicine and remain remarkably healthy. This place is amazing. I walked in with severe discomfort, neck and low back pain. Zero energy. Headaches...etc.
After just a few appointments and a thorough well explained diagnosis, I was on my way to feeling better. After 2 appointments my pain was gone. I currently go 2-3 times a week for care and am absolutely amazed and pleased with how great I feel. I'm 42 and feel like 25. I'm so impressed with the professionalism and super detailed evaluations. I've been using chiropractic services for over 25 years now and Dr. Anderson's approach to whole body health, nutrition & chiropractic's has been, and continues to be one of the best experiences I've had for over the last 10 years.
Since being a patient at Dr. Anderson's office I've been able to actually improve my conditions, not remain on a slow decline as with other services in my past which only treated the symptoms and not the cause.

I love that AFC isn’t there to just “fix your problems”. From the time you walk in the door until you leave, your experience is absolutely wonderful. There are numerous chiropractors to choose from, but the only one I prefer is Anderson Chiropractic in Waterville Ohio. I have been to several over the years, but Dr. Anderson is the first one that used a simple yet effective technique to aid in my recovery.
