I love this place! The office person was extremely professional and helpful with all my questions on the phone. When I got there the car was ready for me and Jay in the office warmed it up for me. The car was perfect for my needs. I extended the time that I had it with no problem. Just a wonderful experience. I will definitely come back for all my future car rental needs!

Awful customer service and ridiculous expectations that aren’t made clear until arrival.
If they don’t believe you have insurance even after providing valid prof they will have you call your insurance to speak with them. A huge unnecessary hassle. Run down vehicles and extremely long wait time with the anticipation of unsurity throughout the whole interaction.

These people extort the hell out of you. I paid $187 a day for a car that smelled like cigarettes and had the engine light on. Then after I immediately took the car back they replaced it with another raggedy one that rattled the entire time. Wish I would have took pictures of both the cars. That whole car lot is embarrassing along with the employees who could care less about the customers! Never again… not to mention the ants in both cars!!!

These guys are the best. This was my 1st time renting through a cash rental company. I was really upset with my insurance company. I needed a rental badly. They treated my with the upmost respect. Tjey are very nice people with a large variety of vehicles to choose from. If you're looking for reliable transportation with reasonable rates. They are it!
