Absolutely terrible. I brought my cat in who was chewing the fur off of her legs. The vet was very dismissive of me and my cats issues. I asked him to check her for fleas and without even touching her fur he told me she didn't have them. I told him the symptoms that caused her to chew and how touching certain parts of her body caused a weird reaction, yet he never touched her to check. One week later I see my cat does in fact have fleas. I called to talk to the office and was hung up on by the woman on the phone. If you love your pet you will not bring them to this vet. Never have I been so disappointed

Not a good experience. Usually when you visit the vet office or a doctors office, the receptionist will greet you and say hello, ask for your name and pull your chart which would include a reason for the visit. But no such thing occurred here. The woman behind the counter didn’t say hello or introduce herself, she asked why I was there in the office. I tried to give my name and reason for the visit but she was rude and argumentative (I assumed she had already pulled my chart because I was sitting in the parking lot for 15 minutes waiting for them to let me in). The appointment was to shave mats

It isn't an easy choice to rescue outside cats. There are way too many to choose from. We had a choice to let an outside kitten pass due to illness or rescue it. Countryside diagnosed the kitten and treated him with meds they sent home with us the same day and within a couple of days you couldn't tell he was ever sick.
Move ahead about 4 months,… Charlie has become a loved member of our family. Getting him fixed last week was absolutely necessary along with the difficult decision to declaw him. Charlie's first day home was full of sleep but every day since has been like he had no surgery

We are very happy with the care, responsiveness, and professionalism of the Countryside Vet Clinic. If we have concerns with one of our dogs, the person on the phone immediately confers with one of the veterinarians or gets them on the phone to answer our questions and concerns.
What to do ourselves or if we should bring the dog in for a checkup.
Highly recommended.

The staff is very warm and knowledgeable, the veterinarians, all three, KNOW what they are doing and provide great care for pets and farm animals. What I like best is that I never feel pushed to do something for an animal that I don’t want to but the option is always there. Countryside does it’s best to make sure YOU understand how to care for your animals and they are just there when you need them!
