Medical massage is advanced training in the assessment and treatment of numerous conditions that cause pain and diminished range of motion in the body. Medical massage therapists use a wide variety of modalities and neuromuscular techniques to achieve the goals of improved quality of life for the client.

Sports massage focuses on specific areas of concern for the athlete. Whether it's a case of plantar fasciitis, or a drop in performance due to a strain or overly tight (hyper-tonic) muscles, your massage will be tailored to meet your specific athletic goals or concerns. Of course, if a client just wants to have a relaxing massage, Kreig brings a tremendous amount of expertise as well.

Clients will have a short health history and intake interview so the a comprehensive plan of care can be developed. 2. It is advisable to refrain from taking pain medication 5 hours prior to your massage as medical massage requires a client to have an accurate pain response during myofascial trigger point work.

Kreig is incredible! I've been going to him for about 1 1/2 yrs with amazing results. 15 yrs of back and neck pain now gone. My neck is pain free, i have mobility, and I'm living without surgery, which 2 doctors and a physical therapist told me were my only hope.

Solid, knowledgeable and friendly service. This was my first encounter with medical massage. Previous experience was with spa and swedish deep tissue massage. In Touch Massage assisted me in myofascial release of neck, back and lower torso which resulted in measurable improvement in mobility. Lower back pain, anterior tilt, rotator cuff and neck pain were all addressed and resolved over the course of 4 sessions. Highly recommended.

If you an athlete in Los Alamos, you really should be seeing Kreig. His massage was unlike any I'd ever had. He has an enormous body of knowledge and answered all of my questions thoroughly, even taking the time to show me diagrams of the specific muscles. He specializes in trigger point myofascial release and also helped relieve a nagging IT band/glute injury that had been plaguing me using a cupping technique. He was professional and interactive, always attending to me and asking about the pressure and pain levels. I cannot recommend him highly enough for those who want preventive care or postevent
