Front desk employee was friendly but he processed my wife's card and did a delay on my card so it was pending afterwards 2 days after. I called my bank they said it's still covered because of the time it went through there was money on card too cover it. He overcharged My wife. And locked room out 2 hours early in morning. Room was left clean and in excellent condition
. No pool or spa available the cost was high for $146 with no bagels with cream cheese with terrible coffee. For snack in morning before breakfast at a restaurant I recommend no pets allowed and monthly rates for business or travel

The hotel gave us the wrong check-in time in our confirmation email (and had the incorrect time listed on their website as well) and didn't bother to contact us telling us check-in was closing early, so we arrived too late to check in and had to sleep in the parking lot because every other place in town was fully booked. Then they would not let us check in before 3pm the next day without charging us a fee, even though our room was sitting clean and vacant from the night before. I've never been charged a fee to check in early at a hotel in my life. The time issue was THEIR mistake, and they refused

I only went in to fill out a job application, but as soon as I walked in it smelled like a fresh hotel. (I love that smell) I walked to the front desk, and no one was there (the job I'm actually applying for) but one of the staff gave me advice on what to do to get help at the front desk, and within just a couple of minutes someone was there to help me. All of the staff I spoke with was very friendly, and asked me if I needed any help. I've never stayed in a room or anything like that, but there was alot of house keepers going back and fourth. So I'd imagen they would be fairly clean. They was

This hotel was clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We loved the family-owned aspect. The rooms were very nice. They allowed pets and they were friendly to our dog as well. Service was excellent. We left very early in the morning to hike Katahdin and the evening before, they asked if they could prepare a small breakfast bag for us - so thoughtful! They also had coin laundry where we could wash our clothes after our hike!

We stayed last night and loved it.. Sonny at the desk was very friendly and helpful. The whole motel was very clean and inviting. Our room was clean and inviting. I highly recommend this motel. You can't beat the price. Get past the area and outside of the place and you got a great room for the buck.
