Totally not well handled. The transaction was so stressful. The agent needs to learn some selling skills. The whole deal was a mess. Hopefully things will change. I wouldn't hire them to represent me.

I met the owner at a makeup party and she was extremely nice. I didn't know anyone there at the party except the one who was giving it and Damaris approached me and made me feel very welcomed. So many realtors out there... Teachers, mechanics, or just bored retired people. Everyone studies a little to get their license, find a broker, and all of a sudden they are realtors. Not these guys... THIS IS WHAT THEY DO! They practically breathe realty for years, and know the market like the palm of their hands.
We had the pleasure of working with two members of their team on two separate occasions (one was buying, one was selling) and aside from the most professional service I have ever seen or heard in this field, my wife and I were treated like we were their only clients!

I recently bought a home in Boca Raton with representation by Mangrove Realty. It's no secret that buying a home can be stressful at times. What made it harder is that I moved from out of state. Mangrove helped me a few years back with renting my home, so when my fiancé and I were in the market to buy a new home, they were my first call.
Moving to FL from up north and buying a home from out of state can be a difficult process to say the least! But, our agent was soooo incredibly helpful, she worked with our schedule from the very beginning... We initially had to cram 15 viewings in 2 days while in town over one weekend and even went to 2 of our favorites twice before we had to fly back up north!
