Forty plus years ago, when my father, Charles Brown, established BRANDI CARPET, he wanted a name for the Flooring Sales and Installation business that had real meaning. As a result, he named the company after my sister, Brandi! That was, by no means, the end of the "family connection" to the business!
My brother, Charlie, and I worked side by side with Dad for many years, learning both the way to run a successful Flooring Sales and Installation Company and the way to treat clients and customers! When Dad retired in 2006, I took over the family business, promising him I would continue to run the company with honesty and integrity the way that he had taught us to do.

We are very pleased with this family business and felt very comfortable with the price (best prices around). After visiting their showroom and speaking with the owner’s wife who was very friendly, I decided to order carpet from them instead of a big box store. Their installer Jose was great and has been doing carpet 31years! He did a fantastic job and we couldn’t be more pleased. Thank you everyone at Brandi Carpet! We will be back.

We have used Brandi Carpet in two houses. Chris is extremely polite and helpful, making sure all questions are answered and that we get the best price on quality carpet! We found carpet at Lowes that was average. However, we found better, quality carpet at Brandi Carpet for way less. I will NEVER buy carpet from the big box stores as the quality of carpet was ten times better from Brandi Carpet. Along with great customer service and excellent pricing, the installers were quick and kind. They did a WONDERFUL job installing the carpet fast! I highly, highly recommend this business for anyone looking

Easy communication. Chris, the owner, is a real cool guy. He has great recommendations on flooring. He showed me several samples. He knows what he is talking about. I needed new flooring and carpet that could hold up to my 2 mastiffs and still look stylish. Estimate was fair, work was done in a very timely manner. He worked around my busy work schedule. I would definitely recommend his dustless demolition. I was nervous. I assumed my bathroom and master bedroom would be a complete mess. I was wrong!! I walked into Brandi Carpet about a month ago and met Justin, who told me just about everything there is to know about carpet. As a new homeowner, I wasn't sure where to start but he was so patient and answered all of my questions and helped me pick out carpet for my bedrooms. After the order was placed, I received a call with install date/time and was set. Install was today and I really couldn't be more happier. Steve and his nephew (I can't remember his name) were timely, quick, and very efficient. I am so happy with my carpet and truly feel that my bedrooms got a bit of a facelift

Needing a new carpet, it was easy to return to Brandi Carpet. Unfortunately my husband and I were very disappointed with the customer service this time around. On October 7, 2020 Justin came to our house to measure one bedroom and confirm the carpet of choice. At the time, we were very clear that we couldn't have the installation until the beginning of 2021. ( since we are part timers). Justin said that this shouldn't be an issue. We gave him a deposit of half the cost. In the beginning of November my husband called to confirm an early January installation date; our check had been cashed

We're first time homeowners and wanted to make sure we took our time finding the right company to invest in for new flooring. Thanks to the (real) reviews on here I went into Brandi for samples. The healthy selection of vinyl plank flooring (that's what we were shopping for) and ability to take the samples home started the process off on a great foot. Justin was on time, masked up, and efficient in measuring for three different quotes; the quotes themselves were very clear, and competitive in price. I highly recommend Brandi Carpet for your flooring needs. We spent quite a bit of time looking for the right carpet. Home Depot and Lowe's had a lot of samples, but I didn't really want to go to a big box store. I was worried about the fact that they contract out the installation. I have heard horror stories of late, never showing contractors. I looked for smaller companies and found Brandi Carpet. All the reviews were positive so we thought we would give them a look. I am happy I found Chris and Justin at Brandi Carpet. I feel they offered the best bang for my buck. I initially was looking at Lowe's and Home Depot for carpet but so glad I found a better alternative. What made the icing on the cake was the awesome job that Steve and Nick (father and son team) did on the installation. Very experienced and professional. I couldn't be happier with my decision to have Brandi Carpet install new carpet in our new home purchase. They were able to get the carpet I wanted within a few days and install it quickly. We settled on a high tier polyester carpet that is quite plush and soft and their are no visible imperfections at all in any of the rooms (about 3500 square feet). The price was excellent and well below what we paid for an inferior install from a different company in a different area of our home. Don't hesitate to have this business come do work in your home.

The people at Brandi Carpet are very knowledgeable and are outstanding in customer service. I recently purchased from one of the "As advertised on TV" and found out the hard way that we over paid and are experiencing an ongoing battle to get resolution on problems resolved. I could not get even the simplest questions answered.
