I lived there for 5 years! I seriously had NEVER had any issues. They office management are some of the greatest people. Always made me feel welcomed. They were always on top of everything. Maintenance always got the job done! Great location to live.

Always thought moving out on my own for the first time was going to be so difficult but thanks to Nancy and Elizabeth for making it the easiest and most exciting time for me.. both were super helpful and very easy to reach if I have any questions.. super happy to be a resident here at The Trails!

I've visited friends at The Trails many times and really love the layout of the apartments. The pool and BBQ area are a major plus and the landscape is kept up nicely! Great curb appeal! The staff (especially the Manager- Elizabeth) is always so helpful and great to deal with, my questions are always met with understanding and professionalism. the property is in the North East area in town which is a plus and you can easily cross the street and go shopping at the Crazy House! :)

New to the complex and so far it's been a nightmare dealing with that office. they won't lift a finger to help and all they do - the staff and the one maintenance guy - is gossip gossip gossip. They have no concern for the welfare of their tenants. if you have somewhere else to go - go there. Liz the head is extremely unprofessional and the maintenance man is her little lap dog. Nancy who works under her is her friend and they take long lunches and time off for personal problems. Corporate seems unaware of how much they take advantage of their lack of oversight.....

I been living in The Trails for 10 years raised my son there with no problems not even with my neighbors it’s a safe and nice area never once had any problems. The ladies in the office are very helpful and sweet and always had an open door if ever things went wrong. They recently updated the play ground and the outside of the apartments it looks great even the inside are nice. If I ever had to do it all over again I would of not changed anything.

Poor maintenance, door opens when is windy, air comes in through the windows ,lots of bugs,very noise at night and you can hear everything from top floor and I mean everything.and please let us know when they need to shut water off !!!

I lived here when I was 8 years old. I made awesome memories living here I really would love to go back to the time where we first moved in. there were some other kids I got to play with but some I didn’t get along with we didn’t like the assistant manager. But I was very happy living there there is so much room to play. Of course there was a couple things I didn’t like about it but I was very happy all three years I’ve lived there And I would love to live there again. But we had very loud neighbors that would play music at full blast at 3 AM but we didn’t really complain about it much

Not a good place for recent college graduate. Did not receive friendly service. Was told that my application would be closed while I was waiting for my previous apartment history to be verified.

The assistant manager Liz is beyond rude and when I asked for the number to corporate to file a complaint she said “I am corporate and if you don’t like it you can move”. I’ve never dealt with anybody so rude in my life and she’s a liar. I don’t like her attitude and I hate that I have to deal with her because there’s never anyone else there. I need the number of her higher ups so I can file a complaint.
