Services
Our firm's founding attorney, Priscilla Ponce-Niedzwiedz, is a graduate of the University of Houston Law Center and has both an undergraduate degree and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Texas at Brownsville.

With extensive experience working as a U.S. Border Patrol agent and acting as an assistant district attorney in Cameron County, she offers compassionate and efficient legal experience to English- and Spanish-speaking clients of all backgrounds.
Your family is unique, and when you face legal challenges, you deserve to work with a lawyer who will build a strategy based on your unique needs. Whether you welcome a new child into your family through adoption or face divorce and related issues like child custody and support agreements, the right attorney can guide you through the legal system with care and compassion.
Criminal charges can have a long-term impact on your life. Fines can be a significant burden on your finances; the loss of a driver's license can leave you without necessary transportation; and prison time may take you away from your life, your work and your loved ones. Your criminal record can also limit your opportunities to find housing, to take the next step in your career and to get the education and loans you need to invest in your future.
When you are purchasing or selling real property in Texas, you want to protect your investment and your rights. At the law office of Priscilla Ponce-Niedzwiedz, we understand the importance of careful review and attention to details. When it comes to real estate, real-world experience is key. Attorney Priscilla Ponce-Niedzwiedz has a broad-base of both legal knowledge and experience.
Unexpected things happen. If you were involved in a crash or accident that left you hurting and unable to work or do the things that bring you happiness, it is to your benefit to speak to an attorney about what happened. When you are injured because another driver did something they were not supposed to do or failed to do something they should have done, it's likely that you can pursue a personal injury claim.

Report
I would not recommend Priscilla Niedzwiedz for any attorney needs. Like many attorneys (this is what separates a good one from a poor one), you will speak to her the first day for the consultation, she will be vague in her answers and once paid you will only speak to her paralegal and assistant. Once when I called her for an urgent update (as you may know immigration courts request things/ make decisions with little or no time to react) and her paralegal called us back and requested that we only call her go forward and not the attorney. This is the type of attorney you will be hiring. When we received
