Annual maintenance and regular filter changes can help maintain the life and efficiency of your furnace. If you notice a lack of airflow, irregular thermostat readings, water leakage, continuously running or the demand for constant resets, your furnace may be in need of maintenance. If your furnace needs immediate attention, contact us today.
Your boiler may be in need of service if you hear pipes banging, have one room with no heat or see water around your unit. If you experience any of these issues, please call us immediately. Liberty Heating & Cooling will promptly send a NATE certified technician to perform a 21-point inspection, check water pressure and temperature and search for any boiler leaks.
Annual maintenance of your air conditioner will extend the life of your unit. It is also recommended that you keep the coils clean and free of debris. If you notice your air conditioner is running for an extended period of time, leaking water, failing to cool, lacking airflow or has frozen pipes, you may need to service your system.
A mini-split (duct-less split system) unit is similar to a conventional HVAC system in the fact that it positions the noisy compressor and condenser outside the home. A mini-split also eliminates the need for a basement- or attic- located evaporator unit and bulky ductwork by using thin copper tubing that pumps refrigerant directly to discreet wall mounted blowers inside.

Liberty Heating & Cooling saved the day twice for me! Back in October, our furnace died. No one else had a technician available (gas company couldn't make it out until mid-November) and they came out the very next day. Turns out the motherboard decided it was done, and they had to order a replacement kit because the manufacturer had discontinued parts for the model. Within three days we were back to having heat in the house!
Liberty was our first choice for when our a/c cut out (my limited troubleshooting thought the blower or board control was at fault). Technician came out the day after I called

Quick to respond and fast to schedule - my husband and I have hired Liberty Heating and Cooling year after year for our yearly furnace and AC check up. Terrible customer service. I had an appointment for an estimate. No one called to cancel the appointment or to tell me they were going to be late. Instead, no one even showed up at all! I called multiple times to see what was going on but no one answered the phone. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone. I am extremely unsatisfied with Liberty Heating & Cooling.
