Warren woods is a cruel and incompetent man. I worked with him for weeks documenting my open bite and smile. He knew I was in so much pain that I was unable to work and that I was physically disabled from an autoimmune disease which is overwhelming as a young woman. After finally coming up with a treatment plan he never understood how my open bite occurred or tried to find out. When recommending surgeons he said he wouldn't work with the one I had and he didn't care if my insurance didn't cover the recommended one. I explained to him I'm on disability and cant afford thousands

Had my braces done here years ago. My teeth have shifted alot since then and when I went back I was basically told "whoops, we should have done a permanent retainer". I was offered a discount to redo them, which I appreciated and would have taken. However, I haven't been able to bring myself to do it because of a very judgmental and hurtful remark that was made to me about having children. When finding out I have children, he said "and the guy left you." However, "the guy" is my husband and was at home with our kids. What an odd thing to say or assume. I haven't been able to kick that from my memory

My daughter just had her braces removed after 2 years of braces. I cannot say enough about Dr Woods and his staff. Dr Woods is very knowledge about Orthodontics and put myself, my husband and my daughter at ease with a very complex treatment. My daughter has actually enjoyed having her braces and always looked forward to her appointments and talking with the assistants. We will be starting our son in the spring and look forward to another great experience.

Dr. Woods kept us informed all through the process of my daughter's braces. We were always treated with respect, the office runs on a very organized, efficient scheduled and were seen ON TIME, EVERY TIME! Everyone is very positive, professional and wonderful to work with.

Take your business elsewhere if you care about customer service and your child being the most important thing to their practice. Wait times are ridiculous and accommodations/lack of flexibility is disappointing. It seems like money is more important to them than the care your child needs. I hope parents take my advice into consideration before they make such a hefty investment.

WORST treatment I have ever received by a physician and their staff. They should not be allowed to work on children. When my daughter complained that she was feeling pain and that they were being rough she was met with a horrible attitude and intimidation. They hold grudges if you speak up and complain and Dr. Woods does not hold any of his staff accountable. I do not know how he can run his practice this way and get away with it. We were disgusted by the treatment we have received and we were forced to make a move to another orthodontist office where our daughter and ourselves will be treated

Absolutely Terrible, read my full review below.
About a year and a half into treatment I started getting TMJ/TMD symptoms such as clicking, grinding and locking on the right side of my jaw.
I never had TMJ/TMD symptoms until I started braces.
I told Dr Woods that my jaw didn't feel right and explained to him my symptoms, he dismissed them as "normal" and told me they were possibly caused by clenching.
As time went on the symptoms got worse and my bite didn't feel good either. Finally the braces came off after a little over three and a half years.
My smile and teeth looked "good" but my bite

As an adult I finally got my long-awaited orthodontia. I was told by Dr. Woods initially that my treatment would last about 2 years with no removal of teeth or extraordinary appliances. Two years went by. My insurance and I had paid in full but my teeth were long from finished. I had noticed that there had not been much change over the last few months. Then I had to move to NC and Dr. Woods told me that I should finish my treatment there. I went to three different offices in NC and all three told me that the braces I had on now were doing nothing and I needed to start over. Long story short
