I needed my garage door repaired since it had a broken spring. Chad came and let me know what my options were. He replaced both springs. Only one spring was actually broken but since they are the same age, the other spring would have broken eventually. Prompt response, reasonable prices and was done in less than one hour. He also reprogrammed both my garage door openers so they work now.

Our garage door came off track, including the cable with a recurring error message of "excessive force used to close garage". I have used Mid-Valley Garage (Chad & Ken) before and should've just waited a day for them to take care of the job. Instead I used someone else and the garage failed again within 8 days of the other company's repair job! This time I called Mid-Valley and Chad did an extensive review of what were the issues to be addressed. Amazing service from start to finish! I put a request for an estimate to fix my garage and they were very responsive with reasonable prices. Ken was able to come to my house within the hour and fix it. He told me what was wrong, fixed the problem and lubed the garage hinges. My garage works perfectly now! We have used this company for years whenever we have a problem with our garage door opener! They are quick to show up and prices are fair. They always explain what the problem is and show us whatever damage they find. Today's issue was a garage door that refused to open. Kenneth came out (I'm sure it was after his normal work hours!), identified the problem quickly and even had the part on hand. I called around several garage door repair companies, and Mid Valley's response was the best. I had them replace our garage door springs and install a new motor. Their pricing was very competitive and service was excellent. I spoke with Jennifer several times as I had questions about what type of motor to install, and she was very patient and informative. Chad came out to install the motor and springs and was super knowledgeable and friendly. 5 stars across the board.

I have been dealing with Mid-Valley for years and I have never been disappointed. Just recently, I had to have my garage door repaired and Chad made sure it was done in a timely fashion and he made sure the price was right. Ken, the technician came over the following day and replaced my door panels within an hour. He brought me good quality panels and installed them swiftly. He was very professional. Outstanding customer service started with a call to Mid-Valley Garage Door. The technician (Chad) arrived promptly and immediately diagnosed the problem. The repair was made and the cost was $100 less than what I was quoted by a Precision estimate. Chad explained how the garage door mechanisms worked and completed the repair with a minor tuneup of the hardware.

-Large garage door would not open all the way

Chad arrived same day (on time) and replaced door spring and transmitter.
Garage doors are opening and closing again today.

My garage door wouldn't open so I call to get some helped and they were able to send someone within one day. The person showed up on time and was very pleasant and knowledgeable. He started taking the opener apart and quickly diagnosed the problem was the gear sprocket. He then began working on replacing it for me and while he was doing the work I asked him what the charge would be. He quoted $150 for the part and $79 for the service. $150??? for a piece of nylon! Seemed to me that this was way inflated but I had no choice but to let him finish the job and pay. I told him that $150
