Best customer service EVER! Mark (owner) left no stone unturned helping us find discontinued bamboo flooring from YEARS AGO original installation. (We had water damage at entry door from hurricane wind and rain!) He finally found a box at the warehouse and sent it Fed Ex the next day. I have never known anyone to go that far out of their way to help. It arrived, it is the right product, we are truly grateful!

Mark and Norma were quick to respond to our queries and requests. The price was very reasonable and the quality is legit. We were able to handle everything from the mainland. When our installer underestimated the amount needed, Hawaiian Style Flooring was quick to get us the needed materials in time for our showing.

We were referred to this company from someone very experienced in doing renovations. The company offers bamboo flooring, but we decided to go with luxury vinyl tile, which looks like wood but requires less maintenance. Mark had a very welcoming and fun personality and was able to answer all our questions and help us choose the right product. The floors were just installed a few days ago, and we love it so much — truly beautiful flooring that upgrades our place. I can easily recommend this company. They were thoughtful, kind and professional and worked well with our installer. Truly an A Team

WOW, what a great product!!! We just had the Koa Luxury Vinyl plank flooring installed a couple of months ago in our house and absolutely LOVE IT! It's beautiful, easy to care for, comfortable to walk on, has little to no maintenance required and stands up to heavy use and abuse without any signs of wear! And to top it off, it's beautiful and very rich looking. It really changed the whole look and feel of our home in a very positive way. Also, kudos to Mark and Norma and Bamboo Flooring Hawaii, who are great to work with and know their products and provide great advice and competitive pricing.

6 years ago I used Mark at Bamboo Flooring Hawaii to do part of my home and I was so happy with the result I decided to complete the job. He is very professional with great customer service. The product is exceptional quality and so beautiful. He even recommend an installer who was able to make a seamless transition between the old job and the new job. Love it!
