The employees here are very professional. I never felt pressured into buying my new suv. Everything went smoothly and I would recommend this dealership to others. I am very happy with my car buying experience and only wish I had bought my previous vehicle from them.

Billy D is a fabulous salesman! He got me into a great car for a great price and explained every bell and whistle this car has! He made me feel comfortable through the whole process and my needs were definitely his top priority. Never had a car buying experience quite this easy or pleasant before. The trip to Vineland to see Billy D is DEFINITELY worth it!!!!

Billy D was awesome! He was super busy while I was there, but that didn’t stop him from giving me the best customer service I’ve ever had IN MY LIFE!! Very trustworthy team, especially Jonathan and Rodney in service. Both were transparent and assisted me with my car, which was having transmission issues. They also made it very affordable, couldn't ask for more. Need a place to go for car problems, this is it!

My mom and I went to Team Nissan so she could help me buy my first car, and I'm so glad we did!! Billy D is the best salesman! I've never bought a car before, but everyone says what a hassle it is. They've never bought from Billy D before. He was so great!!! He helped us when we needed it, but then he let me decide on exactly what I wanted. He wasn't pushy at all. I have never had anyone treat me so respectfully and be so genuinely concerned for my complete satisfaction. Billy D is a wonderful salesman and an all around great guy. A drunk driver crashed into my wife's car while we were sleeping, and since it was 2021, she wanted to complete the buying process of her new vehicle. We had no intentions of buying a new automobile before this unfortunate situation. She made an appointment with Issac, then we arrived, spoke with Esaias who showed us the car. She still asked me to go with her to ensure everything went smoothly. I guess you can say everything was fine, until we reached to the money. It's all about the dollar, I get it. We want to pay less; they want us to pay more. However, Team Nissan charges a $500.00

We just brought home our new Truck !!! Thanks to Team Nissan . They helped us get the one we wanted at the price that can't be beat . The people there are always nice and we are never rushed , and you can believe me this is a chore for them because my husband is very hard of hearing and instead of saying he didn't hear something he will ask the same questions again and again . If I could give 0 stars I would. I took my car (2018 Altima SR) for an oil change on 12/31/19 at 1:30pm. I picked up my car from the dealer and I found that the leather on the steering wheel and blamed me for it. Why the hell would I damage my own steering wheel? They said that the deep tears are from normal wear and tear (I owned the car since new for just over a year) which is absolute nonsense. They told me they would report to Nissan's corporate office and see what they say.

Let me tell you, THEY DAMAGED MY CAR AND REFUSED TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY. STAY AWAY FROM TEAM NISSAN AND TAKE THE

Don't shop here, all they care about is $$ and not the customers. The woman helping me told me a car was completed and ready to be seen, knowing I was an hour from the dealership. Once I arrived, the car was nowhere near ready. And the man who was then "helping" me, told me he couldn't help me. Because he assumed I wasn't capable of buying the car, which I was. I'm assuming it's because I'm a young woman he didn't think I had the means to get it. It was just a really sketchy, uncomfortable experience. Work with reliable and honest people... not these

I bought my Altima a few years ago and have come to Team Nissan for all my services. Tony and the team are great. They tell you before problems become issues. They will tell you "next time you come in, you probably are going to need an air filter!"

That kind of heads up and customer service is what keeps me coming back. I needed brakes and they drove me home for an appointment I had to keep.

The new showroom is clean and the people are super helpful. My son is 16 and I will definitely be returning here after he gets my Altima.

I've experienced the worst service in this dealership. I took my wife's car for a recall in September 2016 after 6 hours they call me to notify me they don't have the airbag I can pass by a pickup the car. The service advisor told me they would call when the airbag arrive. January 2017 I call to check the status of the airbag recall and no one had a answer. February I call again they put me on hold and after 20 minutes they told me the part wasn't available.

Beginning of May I called again, the service department was suppose to give me a call back that same day and a week

I am happy to report on a genuinely enjoyable car-buying experience at Team Nissan. This was my ninth (9th) dealership that I visited on my most recent quest to replace an aging utility vehicle. I emailed extensively with Alicia Sparks, who was communicative, open and motivated -- not just to "get me in the door" as so many other e-representatives from other dealerships have done, but actually to make a REAL deal happen.

Alicia communicated in an open and positive manner, both professional/knowledgeable and also friendly and cheerful. I was honest and upfront with my wants

I purchased a car from this dealership a few months ago and it has been the most frustrating experience of my life. During negotiations, an employee slipped up and mentioned a crack in one of the windows that I must not have even noticed, but sure enough, there it was on the windshield, 11" long. They claimed they didn't notice it but it was obvious that they weren't going to disclose the info. I still bought the car and 2 days later had an alert that my oil life was at 2%, I had to take the car back to get an oil change and all the fluids checked and filled. They claimed they did

They were very rude when I called and very uninformative for the first time and acted like they didn't want to be bothered and rushed me off the phone (at 730am not rush hour) the second time I called the second person was just as rude. Drove the extra miles to egg harbor to not deal with their attitude. I had heard bad things about this dealership before and after calling I definitely would never bring my car there.
