He has practical experience in all phases of concrete, steel buildings, tilt-up concrete buildings, CMU buildings and wood framed construction. Most of Lebron's experience has been in the commercial and industrial fields. Lebron worked for a construction company based out of Portland, Oregon and Little Rock, Arkansas from 1988 to 1996.
He installed sawmill equipment, concrete foundations and buildings. By 1996 Lebron joined the family business at Hendon Construction Co, Inc. Lebron started as a supervisor in the field, then gradually evolved into estimating work. By 2002 Lebron was estimating fulltime. His current duties include estimating, customer relations, project management and oversight of supervisors.
