Scout! First of all, if anyone wants a sales dude that is patient and will work his a$$ off to find the rig that you want and need, go find him. Young, knowledgeable kid that just wants to help. He really went above and beyond for us. These guys were awesome. My wife and I didn’t go in with a huge budget by any means. They took care of us and sent us out of there with 2 vehicles that were what we wanted. First of all… the truck that I had bought hadn’t been through service or detail, they spent a ton of money fixing the truck and probably didn’t come out ahead on that deal, but the sales

For the last year going into the quick service for a simple oil change has been a challenge. My second to last visit I was the only car in line and I watch for an hr and 15 minutes as the manager and service tech talked and laughed while I was waiting. I had a strong desire to check the oil filter and plug after getting home and the filter was so loose it was dripping oil. I wrote to them stating my issues they responded with “how can I help?” Clearly didn’t read what I had said.

Just bought a Nissan Rogue 2020 today and the staff David Moore, Steven and Trent were AWESOME! Super friendly & painless deal. I was in and out quickly. Being a single female buying a car can often be an overwhelming experience (I've experienced buying from other dealerships before , yikes!)... But, these guys were funny, kind and very respectful. There wasn't a lot of pressure. Ladies! you can feel safe here.

I purchased tires from Lithia Nissan about three months ago and just got a screw on one of them this morning. I dropped off my car during my lunch break. Within an hour Zack had my vehicle back and he brought it back to my place of business. Zack explained the work done on my vehicle and the best part it was free! There is a few perks for purchasing tires from Lithia. Thank you Zack for the great experience and for going over and beyond!
