Justyn made a very thorough home inspection that revealed things most people, even inspectors, would miss. His report was detailed and easy to read and understand. Once he completed the report, he called me to follow-up. He answered all of my questions taking time after a long day of doing inspections to make sure I understood his findings.

Paradise Home Inspection did a wonderful job inspecting our new home. Even though it was a new construction, they were very through in their inspection. They found several things that needed to be corrected before we purchased. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing a home inspection.

Justyn and Rachel were an example of a small husband-wife business that is efficient, professional, and friendly. They were over $300 cheaper, and did an excellent job on our inspection, adhering to COVID19 safety procedures while still making sure we knew all about the property. They answered our phone calls, replied to our emails, and gave an extremely detailed written report with lots of pictures. I will use them again and wouldn't hesitate to refer them to anyone.

Justyn with Paradise Home Inspection was, excellent ! We live on the mainland and could not be present at the time of the inspection. This was not a problem as we were very satisfied with the level of communication prior and during the inspection, and received a very detailed extremely thorough inspection report. Additionally once we were on island Justyn came back out to the property to personally review the report and go through the property with us personally. I highly recommend using this company !!!

Justyn was a godsend. We were buying while on the mainland, and Justyn did a great job of inspecting the property and then going back to revisit to see how repairs were progressing. His knowledge of both building codes and local (ie unofficial) building practices was invaluable for a hands-on, detail-oriented person like me. He was very professional, thorough, and detailed, which was important, since our property was older and not in the "condo" area of the island. Since I have a background in remodeling myself, it was vital to find someone with a level of competence I could trust. I highly recommend
