Here at Wye Oak, in addition to your prescriptions, we carry a wide range of over-the-counter and some homeopathic products for all your needs. If we don't have it, don't fret- we are happy to order it for you for availability on the following business day! We offer three vaccination shots: Influenza (Flu), Pneumonia, and Shingles shots.

Had a horrible experience with this place i called to have my prescription refilled and they said they had to contact my Dr for more refills then I called the Dr same day and they say they sent it over I call pharmacy back oh no we haven't gotten it yet next day oh no still haven't gotten it and then I call back and the guy acts like he has no clue who I am when I've been coming here for at least a year so mind you this medicine is not supposed to be missed it's a very high dose of Zoloft and at 2pm the guy says oh we can have it yo you by tomorrow for delivery like your open till 6 and it's 2pm

Very fast and convenient...much better than going to a "normal" pharmacy where you stand in line for a half-hour. This is locally owned, so you are supporting a local business, not some national chain. Parking is not a hassle, either...it is very easy to get in and out. We are glad we changed to this pharmacy. Oh, and they will also deliver.

Really don't know about the PHARMACY...but delivery driver I had an encounter with today would tell me I could not order ANYTHING from this place..HE WAS RUDE TO THE EXTREME....honestly, he needed to be medicated to come out with humans!! He delivered to an elderly apt bldg where me and my mother both live....I will be asking around to try to deter ANYONE FROM HAVING THIS GUY AROUND HERE.

This establishment has the rudest staff I have ever dealt with not only at a pharmacy but in any store. I am a business owner myself and if my employees treated my customers the way Wye Oak employees have treated me I would have been out of business many years ago. I have used them for several years out of convenience to my office. However, today when the pharmacist called to explain a problem with my RX to me and I did not understand what he was explaining he refused to repeat it and told me he already explained the problem in clear English. I use this pharmacy out of convenience as it is located near my place of employment. The people who work at the Landsdowne location (not the owner Dave) need a serious lesson in customer service. The pharmacist is nasty and the ladies who work there are unpleasant at best. They are often dealing with people who do not feel well but they repeatedly treat the customers, or at least my family, like animals. I have only been here a couple times and I really liked it at first but after my 4th visit I will not be going back. I have a prescription I always get generic in because if I didn't it would be about $500 (which I have known for years) so they told me it would be $220 for generic. Ok fine I paid that last month when I got it filled. I go into today and they said I owe them another $250 because I asked for brand, which I did not. I told the guy behind the counter I wanted the one that the other pharmacist told me was $220.
So to sum it up the younger

Our family has been assisted by Wye Oak Pharmacy since they opened. The management is excellent and the drivers are as nice as you find anywhere. Our prescriptions have always been filled correctly over all these years and that frankly is amazingly wonderful especially considering how the generic brands change shape and color for the same prescription depending on who is manufacturing them; Why Oak makes sure no-matter what that we are delivered the correct medication with the right labeling. I had called looking for a medication that has been on back order, Oxycodone 10mg. They said that they wont fill it unless i have some other prescription to fill with it that isnt a controlled medication.
