In 1987 Chad Ricksham was excelling in his shop ( construction ) classes at Fridley High School when he quickly realized this is what he loved to do-build things with creativity and detail. After graduating he immediately started a 4 year apprenticeship With the Carpenters Apprenticeship program with the Carpenters Union Local 851.
He was able to complete the program in 3 years and was lead Carpenter at the Mall of America and Mystic Lake Casino projects. Chad also help build a hangar for Northwest Airlines at MSP. He was building the biggest projects that Minnesota had ever seen. After 10 successful years of commercial construction, it was time to be an Entrepreneur.

With storm damage to our roof and more, We went with KraftMasters Restoration, Otsego, MN. definitely a good choice. Tim worked with our insurance company and was able to get all our replacement costs covered.
