We Had D&L Signs in Weston, WI come to our property to fix three parking lights that were out. This is not the first time we had them fix the lights, so from prior experience we decided to go with them again, but this time we were not completely satisfied with their service. When we called to place a service order we were told that they would call before they came to the property, but one of the technicians just showed up without calling. When he came, he only had to fix five lights out of which only three were actually bad. On the first light pole the tech spent at least two hours just running
