I received two bouquets ordered by my husband for our anniversary (he felt, looking at photos on website, that the pair were a better choice than one of the more expensive bouquets). Both are as pictured, with beautiful fresh and fragrant flowers and greenery. (Vase and ribbon differences are trivial.)

I’ve ordered flowers on-line 3 times in less than as many weeks. And each time, I’ve seen photos of the flowers delivered and they’ve looked exactly as those I’ve ordered from a photo of the ones on the store front on line. I’ve given a “Five-Star” rating because you just don’t get this type of service. I live 750 miles away and you folks are spot on in Pensacola, you’re my “go-to” flower shop.

Unfortunately I placed trust into this flower company to make a great Valentine’s Day flower delivery. I live out of state and was having flowers delivered to significant other while she is in school. Over the phone she asked what I would like. I stated something with roses. Flowers were received today without any roses. What’s valentine’s Day without roses? Wouldn’t place trust into this company to make your significant other feel special. Will be looking for another flower company, hoping they deliver over the weekend.

My sister ordered the deluxe version of a sunflower arrangement and when they arrived, it was completely under cost. There was only 1 sunflower and it was poorly arranged. There was carnations and the picture didn't have carnations. We are okay with substitutions because we understand how difficult it was this year to get flowers in but you should have kept it with like cost flowers. We will make sure not to use Kellyco again.

Ordinarily, wouldn’t have been a big deal except I was VERY VERY specific about my order, it was a very large arrangement AND the flowers were from grandchildren for their grandmother’s funeral. I was also VERY VERY specific about that. The arrangement included NONE of the requested flowers. NONE. When I inquired the day after funeral, I was told they were very busy because of Mother’s Day, (which is insulting because I ordered 3 days before the service and 12 days

These flowers were delivered 9 days ago for my boss for her birthday! They were gorgeous the day they were delivered and they are just as gorgeous 9 days later!! I have never seen such beautiful and fresh flowers!!! The Balloon even looks like it was just filled! The gentleman that delivered them to our office was so pleasant and friendly. All the ladies in the office have been looking for a new florist, and we have definitely found ours!!! Thank you so much KellyCo!!!!
