What is Orthodontics? Orthodontics & dentofacial orthopedics is the dental specialty that includes the diagnosis, prevention, interception, guidance and correction of abnormal dental relationships, including facial structures. Your initial oral examination is complimentary. It will include a visual examination, charting, and initial diagnosis and treatment recommendations for whatever concerns you have.
Your initial visit to Gaalaas Orthodontics will give you the opportunity to meet our doctors and staff, learn more about orthodontics, receive a complete initial exam, and find out which treatment options may best meet your needs. Often, further examination involves updating dental records, including photos, models and occasionally new radiographs of your teeth, followed by a consultation appointment to review treatment options.
