Just moved here from Oregon, have Oregon plates. Had a leak brought my 2018 Ford Explorer in to get the tire repaired. Now I'm a senior citizen and it was New Years eve. Was told it would be 37.00 to patch the tire. After 30 minutes a manager comes out tells me that the tire can't be patched because the nail is too close to a previous patch. (Now I've never had the tire patched.) and I needed a new tire. Thanked him went to another place they patched the tire for 20.00 no issues no problems. You out of stater's and Seniors be careful they will smile in your face while reaching for your wallet

I took my vehicle in this am for a battery light. They took excellent care of me. Had my vehicle repaired in less than three hours and the price for repairs was very reasonable! The staff at Riverview is always friendly, courteous and explains the estimate and scope of work so you understand the needed repairs and the cost. Honest and Professional shop that I highly recommend!

I called in to get pricing for labor and an refurbished AC compressor. They would not give me a price on the part. I was not asking for the price of the complete job. I just wanted to know how much they could get the part for, which they refused to tell me. Seems to me they likely play with their pricing depending on how much work you're getting done. I will go with a more honest business.

Used to take all my vehicles here for all services when John and Lawrence ran the shop, John always made things right and never over charged or did more work than necessary
After John quit the daily grind the quality and honesty went down hill. The last time I was due for brake work Carmen wanted to replace everything on all 4, quoted almost 800.00. Told her that was not going to happen, she dropped price to 620.00 best she could do. Took it to P and M on 90th and Palm River. They said 2 calipers and pads, 240.00 out the door, all good. Been perfect for 17k miles now. This shop is still great

Wow! A place you can trust. I have an 06 Corolla that's still going strong thanks to Riverview tire and auto. They won't try and upsell you. They'll tell you what needs to be done now and we could wait till later. I've been to other places that tried to charge me much more. All the staff are professional, knowledgeable and courteous.

Took my son's car in for a radiator, they replaced it after a lot of back and forth.
In less than 6 months later I had to go back because the radiator that they replaced was bad; they told us that we had been in a car accident and it had push the radiator and the radiator broke the water pump as well. I could not believe what they were saying. I assured them that the vehicle had not been in an accident nor was there an impact sign on the body of the car for them to tell us that. The owner was adamant and told us that we had to replace the radiator and water pump. They were charging us $150

We pulled in at last minute because we saw a nail in our truck tire. After going to a larger tire place and them saying they couldn't help us, this small little place did and it was pouring! The guy came outside, took the tire off and then put it back on. All for an extremely affordable price. Quite impressive and makes you think about bigger is not always better

First time i tried this place out due to weekend rear tire breaks ER. Boy were they busy and unorganized. I spent almost 2 hours waiting which isnt to bad but once repairs were complete, service paid for in full, i still waited for 20 more minutes for someone to find my car & pull it up to the front. One of the owners was there spitting out commands to the employees while the whole crowd of customers could here vs providing support & appropriate direction to the staff.

I've been coming to this place for a decade now. They're fast, depends on the day and time, but even on their busier days they try and get you out as fast as they can. They're affordable. They won't jip you and tell you exactly whats the issue with your car. Its tough being a woman and going to the mechanic because most places want to cause panic and have you pay for crap you dont need. But not these guys!
I moved to South Tampa about 2 years ago and still make the trip to Riverview because I trust and love these guys that much.

No appointment yet they got me in and out in about 30 minutes.
I can't say much for the actual work, because how would you know? For all I know they put Chinese oil made from melamine extract in there.
Other than some strange prolonged stares from the local Riverview folk it was a good experience. I'm not sure why I'm so interesting to look at -- maybe because I have all my teeth and own a computer?

Great mom 'n pop place to go to for all your car needs. They're trustworthy and reasonably priced. I'd go to them before any of the known, franchised places like Tuffy, Midas, Tires Plus, etc. They do what is needed and don't try to get more services out of you.
The only reason this is 4 stars and not 5 stars is because one time, someone took all my quarters from my console and when I called them about it, they denied it ever happened. I wrote a bad review for them about this incident on Better Business Bureau and then they called me and gave me discount on an oil change.

Very nice people and reasonable prices. I had tires put on my car I bought from Tirerack.com and cost $80 and change. I had another estimate at a place closer to me here in SCC for $130!
They are always busy but they have many people working and get you in and out as fast as they can.
Seem very honest, checked my brakes and said they were fine.
