Clear Detox Center of Orange County is a residential drug and alcohol detoxification program. Our client population is made up of men and women 18 years of age and up. The primary objectives of detoxification are to ease withdrawal, suppress cravings, minimize negative thoughts and avoid relapse. We are committed to the highest levels of professionalism and excellence.

Can I just go to detox? Do you accept Insurance? Do you accept credit cards? Will I have my own room? How long is the detoxification program? How long is the treatment program? Answer: 30-days or less. Can I use my cell phone? Answer: NO, but you can make phone calls, on the facility phone, after you complete detox, on a once weekly basis for 15-minutes per call, with staff supervision.

For many buprenorphine dependent patients, it's more difficult to quit Suboxone than heroin. We know this because we field calls everyday, from disillusioned patients who realize they can't get off Suboxone. Ironically, now they need a "DETOX" to get off Suboxone. Your typical opiate addict starts off on pain pills.

I started my treatment at the beginning of March when COVID was getting bad, and initially provided a positive review after leaving. The staff for the most part was really amazing/caring. The only complaint about the staff is they made an honest mistake on something that I do not want to mention on here because the staff member who did it is genuine and would never cause Mal-Intent.
My main complaint though is that I did not have the best experience with the doctor linked to this facility. She does or did not accept insurance (at the time I was there in 3/2020), and I was told by doing they they

After 6 years on "Methadone Maintenance" and several slip ups I finally got clean at Clear Detox in Costa Mesa. This is one of the few places in the United States that specializes in methadone detox. The staff is amazing. They make the detox process as comfortable and painless as possible. They encourage you with your recovery after as well. Either 12 steps or holistic. For those of you looking for help THIS IS THE PLACE.

I recently used their detox program and I have nothing but great things to say. The place was always kept clean, there is always food and snacks available. The max amount of clients is 5, that was a plus for me. Not so many people or drama. All the staff is very professional, friendly attentive and kind. There is no set hours for sleeping or eating. You just get to sleep, rest, relax, eat and get better. This is absolutely the best detox center I have ever attended and I totally recommend it to anyone needing this service.

Clear Detox provided an excellent detoxification experience during my 11 day stay at the facility. The staff was very supportive to each individuals specific needs. They either made dinner or had food delivery every night based on what we suggested, and the house was comfortable and clean. For myself, I saw a doctor upon entry who assessed my medical needs which worked out very well for my stay. And upon leaving I feel clear headed and ready to move on with my outpatient program and the rest of my life. I highly recommend Clear Detox Center in Costa Mesa. I was immediately greeted by the staff and made me feel so comfortable and welcomed. The staff here are wonderful and will address any of your needs to help make your stay as comfortable as possible.

If you're looking for people who genuinely care about your well being and long term sobriety to assist you through one of the most difficult experiences one will ever undergo, I would highly recommend Clear Detox Center. The staff is extremely helpful and empathetic, the doctors and other resources they make available to you are the best in the business, and it offers a comfortable, homey environment for you or your loved one to recover in. I came to Clear detox needing to clean up asap. They got me through quick and comfortably. I was fortunate enough to still be somewhat functioning in the real world, but the staff went above and beyond to help the others get certain situations resolved to give them the best chance walking out the door. OC Detox was an answer to prayer for an affordable medical detox. From the minute I spoke to Tim, I knew that this was the perfect place. It is a small residential house,which allowed for a comfortable family setting. A personally tailored medical plan, designed by an amazingly thorough addiction doctor, was administered by nurses on duty. However, what made this this place so amazing was that the entire staff was personally invested in his recovery. I cannot say enough great things about Orange County Detox. I called & I got in that same day. I must say I've never been in a place where the staff cared for me as much as the staff at OC Detox did.
