I used Harper Homes to do the home inspection on a home we're in escrow on and was very impressed by the owner Dylan and his attention to detail and great customer service. The inspection was done at 4PM and he had the report to me via email by midnight that evening. When I asked a few followup questions via email, he always responded promptly. He does use some automated emails to offer addon services such as sewer inspection and quotes for repairs, but these are only optional. Payment can be made via credit card in advance of via check after the services are rendered.

I can't say enough about the FANTASTIC customer service Dylan provides; he goes above and beyond! He discussed the main points of his inspection when I called hours after it was done and followed up quickly with an excellent detailed report that contained clear explanations and photos. He included additional photos to show where and exactly how to turn off the water & gas.

After calling over 10 local roofing companies to try and get someone out to assess a leak in my roof, I had no luck and needed to find another route. I found Dylan and he was incredibly helpful from the start. He connected me with some roofing companies that he was connected with as well as offered to come out and take a look at the roof himself if I wasn't able to find anyone. I went through Harper Homes/Dylan twice. Both times he was thorough but made sure I understood each issue he addressed. Having a long list of things that are "wrong" which is true of every home, can be intimidating but not with Dylan. He made sure I knew the outcomes and possible solutions.

I've used Harper Homes for both home repair and improvement projects and also a home inspection. Dylan does terrific work. He's friendly, knowledgeable, hardworking and charges very fair prices. Dylan Linnencamp of Harper Homes went above and beyond for my home inspection. He actually inspected two homes for me, but with the first home, he uncovered a few things that made me change my mind about purchasing it. But, it worked out so well, because I found another home that I love WAY MORE! At first I was a little worried that Dylan may not be as good as other inspectors, because he's younger, but he quickly alleviated my worries by telling me about his 10+ years experience in the construction industry, and mentoring under another home inspector for close to 2 years. Dylan inspected a home I am buying. He was thorough but down to earth. It is potentially frightening to hear every small thing that is wrong with a home but Dylan has a calm positive way about him that takes the sting out. Dylan was extremely punctual and provided thorough inspection of both the main house and additional rental unit for my clients buying a high end ranch on 60+ acres. He was able to cover all aspects of this large property within a very reasonable time frame and provided comprehensive details of all conditions affecting this property. The report was clear and concise and easy to navigate. The follow up was also good to see if therr where any questions. Dylan was courteous and respectful to occupants and owner of the property.
