Our processors and attorneys review the sales contract; confirm property information and ownership; work with lenders to make sure all requirements are met; notify all parties and assist in resolving any title issues; coordinate with buyers, sellers, real estate agents, and lenders to ensure that the closing goes smoothly; record documents; disburse funds in accordance with the settlement statement; hold funds in escrow in accordance with buyer, seller and lender instructions; and issue title insurance policies.

I would highly recommend them to anyone considering buying a home or refinance. We had a situation with the real estate tax bill being paid twice. Where to begin. there were so many negative things happening from the start with this title company. We were the sellers so we did not have a choice in selecting the title company. First red flag was having a notary sent in place of a representative from Master's Title Company. No copies were provided to either party. After signing the closing documentation we had to deliver all documents to their office in order to pick up the check which created the second red flag. A $16,000 error they incorrectly deducted from our closing payout. It was a nightmare trying to get this error corrected

If you are a lender, realtor, seller or buyer this is the settlement company to use! Recently used them for a purchase transaction for a client. The Masters team was extremely responsive to all my calls, emails and texts. Jerry and Denise were instrumental in the process. Masters Title & Escrow is HORRIBLE!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!
We sold a home using this title company in April 2021. Since then Masters Title & Escrow has been unresponsive and unprofessional. I have left voicemails and sent emails to everyone including the "investor" email they suggested. NOTHING! No call, no email, no letter and the property is still not recorded with the State of Maryland. I have forwarded all the unpaid water and tax bills that are still in our name to Masters Title & Escrow with no response. I doubt Masters Title & Escrow submitted the paperwork. I used Masters Title & Escrow in Baltimore over one (1) year ago to purchase a property. After 12 months Maryland SDAT still shows the old owners. I have sent more than one dozen and a half emails. First they blamed covid19 but thats 6 months ago. Next they said their attorney checked and it should resolve soon but thats 2 months ago. Bottomline is I don't even know if I own this property on paper because they have not been able to clear the record in 12 months after settling. I would not use this company to sell or buy a Dog.

Purchased a wholesale deal in February 2019 and was required to use Masters Title by the wholesaler. Fast forward to resale of the property in September 2019...the buyers title company finds an unreleased lien in the public records. Settlement had to be delayed 2 weeks for Masters to secure a release. Even good companies make mistakes, but the sign of a truly exceptional company is one that acknowledges the error and seeks resolution with immediate attention, urgency, professionalism, and transparent communication, going above and beyond expectations to make it right. I wish I could give negative stars. If your mortgage company mentions their name before settling, run!!!! Here's why:
1.) They were over an hour late for our settlement and kept us waiting with no phone call or status update other than, "he's on his way," when our realtor was finally able to reach them.
2.) As were were signing everything I noticed a charge for a copy of the survey, which we did not receive. I told the guy we either want a copy of the survey or we want the money back, which he assured me would not be a problem. After two months of phone calls, we were finally
