Services
HPI Miniclutch Torque Limiters offer precision control of torque release in either direction. Upon the application of rotational force, HPI Torque Limiters release at a pre-determined torque setting. These units are available in both Fiction and Detent versions. Friction units offer smooth release and consistent slip or drag.
HPI Miniclutch One-Way or Over-running clutches are designed to give solid drive in one direction and a no-load slip in the other. This motion is critical in many applications including ratcheting drive systems, roller feeds, etc. HPI Manufacturing's exclusive outer housing cam lock design allows for a very narrow profile unit.

HPI Manufacturing, Inc. offers CNC turning and milling of virtually any material in any size lot. With turning capacities to 12" and a milling envelope up to 30"x 24"x 12", HPI runs prototype through production lots with quick turn-around and competitive pricing. Our capabilities include forth axis machining, and full cell production to offer complete components faster.
HPI Manufacturing has molding capability from 28 tons to 300 tons of clamping pressure, with shot sizes from fractional grams to 26 ounces. Lot size is completely flexible; HPI will shoot 1 piece to 1 million. HPI uses individual mold frames as well as MUD units. In addition, we work with customers to develop low cost alternatives to complex mold construction such as mold and post machine.
