Yes! Beginners and veterans workout alongside one another at every group workout. Our workouts are designed in a way that allows beginners to get started safely without jumping back on the fitness wagon too fast. Everyone at Creed works through the workout at their own pace. When you begin, you will use less weight, move a little slower, and take more rest than our more experienced members.

Creed Fitness is amazing!! I've never ever been consistent at working out and actually I hated everything about it until I joined Creed! Quick results kept me coming back for more!!! Coaches and members are by far the best in town!! I love love this gym!!!:)

Creed Fitness is one of the best options for getting in shape in the area. Clint Watson has done an amazing job with this gym. All the coaches are amazing and very attentive while being encouraging. They are knowledgeable and I appreciate that they go through great lengths to ensure folks are practicing correct form to prevent injuries. The members were also a shining point as well. Everyone was nice and encouraging. In closing this place is amazing and you are doing yourself a disservice by not giving it a try.

Clint and his coaching team at Creed are the best. I have struggled with exercising consistently in the past, yet Creed keeps me coming back. I recently completed my 100th workout at Creed, which was a big milestone for me. In my adult life, I can remember having memberships to at least six other gyms, and I certainly never made it to one of those other gyms 100 times. I'd be surprised if I made it to one of those other gyms even 50 times. I think Creed is special because Clint and his coaching team consistently go above and beyond to show how much they care about helping you reach your individual

I’ve never been around a more dynamic team of fitness trainers than at CREED. They just get it. Coach Clint & company are phenomenal at what they do. They simultaneously understand how to encourage and challenge their folks. And it’s a real community over there too. Joining CREED feels like joining a family and an awesome one at that. Their seasonal events are epic, their challenges are worthwhile, even their non-workout community gatherings are fun. I have been a regular member of Creed for several years. I love the health culture. It's not a gym full of muscle heads. They truly want you to be healthy and help tailor a fitness program designed just for you. By far the best gym in town!

The trainers get to know you personally, they take an interest in you as a person, and they even check in on you to ensure that you at continuously progressing towards your fitness goals.

My fitness level is so much better when I go to Creed. I just can't find a way to be consistent going to a "regular" gym. Creed and the awesome coaches there make it so much easier to see consistent progress!

I took my first class here to test out the gym and was impressed with the style of the trainer. We were ready to sign up for membership when we reached out to the owner. They had no prices listed so we were curious to see the rates. To be honest they were the most outrageous gym rates I've ever seen and I've lived in multiple cities up-and-down the East Coast.

The prices per person were : $150 for two visits a week and $250 for unlimited monthly visits. Wow!

CrossFit South does offer similar type classes called their sweatshop and the rates are much more affordable at only $80 a month

There is no doubt in my mind that Tribe Fitness is the best gym in Athens, GA. I have tried many gyms around town over the past several years and I have not been able to stay committed. Would get into the typical routine that left me doing the same few exercises week after week. Boredom ensued, life gets in the way, and I stopped going. That all changed around 18 months ago when I joined Tribe. I love working out here, and the main reason for my excitement and drive comes from the personal trainers. They have helped me improve my fitness, work on weight loss, and improve my overall health. The

I've never worked out in my life and I was fortunate enough to find Tribe where I immediately became one of the tribe. Clint (the owner), trainers - Ruthie, Matt and the New Matt are experienced and really take the time to make sure your form is perfect and they're always concerned about your well being. I try to make it there 3 days a week for approximately 45 minutes each time and OMG I'm surprised I can walk out of there on my own each time. This is a good thing of course, because I know that I am getting the best workout possible for my busy life, where 45

Tribe is not your typical gym! The trainers are absolutely committed to your personal health and improvement and encourage your progress every step of the way. Each class is taught by trainer(s) and are intentionally small to give personalized attention to each client. Workouts are challenging but always have modifications.

This morning I did my first longer-distance row and was very nervous about it. Having tracked my pace on shorter rows, Ruthie coached me on pace and strategy then cheered me on to the finish - with a very strong time.

Tribe Fitness is the best gym in Athens GA. I've worked with all the personal trainers there. Each one of them has pushed me to both achieve and surpass my goals in weight loss, strength building and muscle building; goals which always seemed to elude me with other trainers at other gyms.
All the trainers at Tribe Fitness have extensive knowledge in weight training and strength training. I honestly didn't think at my age I could or would see much change in my body. Well, they proved me wrong.

Tribe Fitness has changed everything I ever thought about working out. Honestly, it's changed my life. I know that sounds crazy, but let me explain.

I've dealt with injuries my whole life. I love running outside, but it seems that my tendons and joints weren't able to handle it. I would end up with knee pain, Achilles' tendonitis, or a hamstring tear and have to stop running for a few weeks. Every time I would lose all my momentum. I could never succeed in a consistent running program, now matter how slowly I progressed through it. And of course, running indoors on the treadmill

Tribe Fitness is without a doubt the best gym in Athens, GA. The trainers are incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. They make a point to get to know all of the customers and sincerely care about helping you reach your goals. The one-on-one personal training is incredible but even in group classes, the trainers provide modifications as needed to ensure that everyone, no matter their current level of fitness, gets a safe and effective workout.
In addition to the workouts, the Tribe trainers provide nutrition counseling. This was key for me because I love to exercise but had reached the point where

I have joined many traditional gyms in the past and have never consistently worked out for more than a few months. Tribe Fitness in Athens, Georgia is the gym I wish I had found years ago! The personal trainers at Tribe truly care, not only about my fitness, but my overall health, nutrition, wealth, and wellness. One thing I love about their focus on combining strength training and cardio in the same workout is the fact that I don't have to be in the gym for hours to achieve my goals. With my busy schedule, their workout routines are perfect! And I have achieved results like never before!

Four months ago I was looking for a gym in Athens that would encourage me to get fit and push me to my limits. I found Tribe Fitness and I immediately felt at home when I walked into the gym. The trainers asked me about my life, family and work the first time I walked-in. I really got to know the staff on a personal level that first day. Daniel P. walked me through a workout routine that encompassed the personal training and cross-fit style Tribe Fitness uses in their gym and the rest (unhealthy lifestyle) is history! I absolutely LOVE coming to Tribe Fitness! All the trainers are extremely knowledgable and enthusiastic. This is not your typical gym. Even in the group classes you get personalized attention and customized workouts to your needs. The personal trainers are very good at working with any issues or specific areas you need to work on and will provide modifications that meet your needs. Because of the range of classes available I'm able to workout everyday and never get bored. I can even use the Workout of the Day posted on the web to keep up my routine when I travel.
