I received a double major from Jacksonville State University in Psychology & Criminal Justice. Then, received a Master's degree in Social Work from the University of Alabama. I have experience working with families, children, individuals, inmates, & substance abuse. I have been trained in EMDR, one of the most researched methods of contemporary psychotherapy.

EMDR therapy has shown to be effective in the treatment of Posttraumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). I am also a member of American Association of Christian Counselors. Most recently, I have completed YogaFaith teacher training, to help individuals with breathing, relaxation, & overall health. I am registered as a YogaFaith Trainer, registered with Christian Yoga Association & Yoga Alliance.
