They provide multiple marketing services that their competitors don't, such as a lead account strategist, who honestly is like an extension of the dealership. The only reason I give one star is because you can't do no stars. All I can say is Buyer Beware. A former GM signed a contract in July 0f 2009 for 3 years, which was clearly not thought out. I canceled Naked Lime in Nov of 2012. The 2 years were fulfilled July of 2012. 2 years after my GM left, Naked Lime Sales Rep had no idea. Naked Lime said, I had to continue til Nov of 2013, because I did not cancel prior to July of 2012, and it rolled over for another year. The Naked Lime rep, did so little customer service, he didn't no who I was, nor did he know the old GM had been relieved
